"No more sadness, I kiss it goodbye." Madonna - True Blue (1986)

"You're so weird. You look just fine on the outside, but on the inside you're obsessed to such a weird stuff."

"Who knows that? I'm wearing a white silky dress and on the inside I'm one of the biggest fans of rock songs. That's why you can't judge a book by it's cover." I spoke.

"Yeah, and I'm sorry about your cousin." I felt pity on his face, but I skipped it.

"It's sometimes hard to accept that, but I have to. No matter what. Please keep it as a secret deep down inside."

"Sure, I will. But will you still be with those Ryder guy?"

"I think so. I promised my cousin that I wouldn't be bullied again." I frowned, along with his.

"Then I would have to sleep to the fact that the only friend I got is leaving me," he pouted.

"I'm not leaving you, I'm just trying my best to hide my feelings for some stuff, okay. We could still hang out sometimes, let me get your number. Here, write it down." I grinned at him, giving a piece of paper I ripped from my notebook. I realized at how selfish I was but I promised Amber. Promises doesn't made to be broken, but promises made so people could actually feel what it feels like if someone broke what they've promised.

Those happened to me tons. Some people promises was just bullshit. That's why I'm trying my best not to lie to everyone around. I hate promises breaker, I hate liar.

"Well, if you got a reason then fine." He slightly smiled. "But he hurt you, do you want to live like that?"

"It's only for a few years."

"But you could change," he stated.

"I'll try not to, Private Guy."

"Wait, what did you call me? Private Guy?" He smirked.

If this guy is getting cuter all the time I will smack you.

"Uh, yeah. Private Guy." I smiled widely, smacking his arm.

"Mr. Hunter and Ms. Harrison, no more talking please." Mr. Stark complained, giving us a death glare, and my cheek goes red. He continued explaining but the bell suddenly rang.

All of the students rushed out, leaving me and Private Guy alone. "Can I call you Private Guy?" I joked.

"What? No!" He yelled.

I laughed along with his, but the my eyes went wide and I started to panic.

"Oh my." I remembered that I have to meet Ryder at my locker. "I have to go, the meeting with Ryder stuff," I rushed out hearing the last words from him, but I just didn't know what is it.

I reached my locker seeing no one was there. "What?" Well, I think I have to go back to Private Guy. I think I just daydreamed about him the whole times in the class. He's just too cute to be a boy.

I stuffed my locker with my books that's literally heavy and I've been carrying it since this morning. I closed the door and jumped when I saw him leaning on the locker next to mine.

"What the hell, Kale?"

"What the hell is you're smoking hot," I almost choked.

I walked away, backing him. "Why did you said that?" I'm still walking as quick as I could so he wont follow me.

"Because you are. Come on, Emily. Do you think Ryder got every girls at school and I couldn't?"

I stopped my quick pace and turned to him, "Do you know that I don't want to be his girl? He's a jackass, just like you." I snapped.
