Chapter 11. Mother Of Holy Hell.

•Everett P.O.V•

I look at her to see her eyebrows are knitted together, her face rock hard. Her mouth was slightly open, enough to see that she was grinding her teeth together.

I look down to see her knuckles gone white from gripping the blanket that lay over her, tightly. Her body would twitch every so often and it never stopped shaking.

My head snaps over to Miranda , earlier we asked her to wake Arabella up for dinner and when she returned with no Arabella, that's when I started to panic.

Of course, I didn't show it though. But inside I was freaking out, many possibilities running through my mind. She has been asleep for only three hours and something had happened.

We all came back to the cabin and Miranda explained that she found her like this. She was asleep, but moving around and screaming.

"Whats happening?" Miranda breaths out in a shaky way. Hudson moves toward her and wraps an arm around her waist, in some sort of way to comfort her.

"Guys, move back. She'll most likely freak out when I try to wake her." Nathan says in a extremely calm voice.

I wanted to punch him for being so calm, I don't know why, I just did. Its probably because he can keep himself calm and collected while I'm an internal mess.

But the only reason that I'm an internal mess is because its about Arabella. Sweet little Arabella.

"How do you know whats wrong with her?" I ask, my voice came out sharper than I intended but, that doesn't matter right now.

Nathan looks over at me quickly "Its night terrors, Jordan use to have them." He explains rather fast. Jordan is his older sister who is now 21.

I remember her taking many trips to the hospital and always being under a watched eye. I never knew exactly what was wrong with her, but now I do.

Hudson and Miranda back up when Nathan descends forward to wake her up. I stay beside him, and watch Nathan as he hovers over her. He jumps back when Arabella lets out a scream and starts rolling around, and she's still asleep.

He lays his hands gently on her shoulders and shakes them softly. But she doesn't wake up, instead she lets out soft cries while mumbling things under her breath. Her face has gone pale, her usually red lips now pale as well.

She suddenly shoots up screaming and thrashing around violently. I watch as her chest rises and falls quickly. She hyperventilating.

Her eyes open and the first thing I notice is how wide they are, and her dilated pupils. I could distinctly see the fear in her big Hazel eyes.

"Everett." She whispers while looking around the cabin, as if she didn't know where she was.

I sit down next to her and wrap my arms around her small shaking body tightly "Right here." I mummer into her hair.

Miranda, Hudson and Nathan leave, closing the cabin door behind then quietly. I rock both me and her back and forth slowly, trying to soothe her in someway.

And I think its working since her breathing is going back to normal and her shaking has almost subsided.

I close my eyes "I never knew you had Night Terrors." I whisper, my mind gone back to the day I found Xavier and Her talking in the hospital waiting room.

I was shocked and dare I say…scared to see the IV attached to her. But I'll never admit that, not even to my dog.

She lets out a soft laugh "Shut up." She mumbles while laying her head in the croak of my neck. I guess its true that everyone has a soft spot.
