In Love? (zach herron)

chapter 3 and 4

//Your POV//

I have no friends here so i kept working while jonah and zach talked, i kept on looking over because it felt really awkward. I looked over to see them both looking at me so i blush and turn around.

//Jonahs POV//

 i can tell that zach is blushing so i asked him about the girl. "Whos the girl?"

//Zachs POV//

 jonah was asking a whole bunch of questions that i didn't know the answers to, "her name is y/n, she is really cool"

J: "do you like her"

Z: "idk,i just met her", we both look at her to find she was looking at me and i blush and smile at the ground.

J: "i think you like her" [break time is up and they go back to gardening]

//Your POV// 

zach walks back over and i can't help but ask "what were you guys talking about"

Z: "oh, that was nothing, just checking on me" i say trying to cover up the fact that i was lying. Suddenly kenzie comes over and bumps into me causing me to dump dirt on y/n. "Omg, im so sorry it was an accident"

Y: "ugh, it was your fault but now it's gonna draw attention and people will stare at me" i say kinda irritated but knowing it wasn't zach's fault.

Z: "it doesn't take dirt for everyone's eyes to go towards you" she blushes a little bit but her attention quickly shifted to the adult voice. "O you guys that is the end of the program please finish up and sign out"

Y:when zach compliments me i try not to blush luckily the subject changed, i looked back at him when we were listening to the announcement to find him staring at me.

Z: i as in a hurry to catch up with the guys so i took the strawberry seed packet and scribbled my number on it for her "bye y/n" i said as i walked over to corbyn.

//Y POV// 

i look down and start to clean up as zach runs over to corbyn. I look at hima and wave and i he waves back. As i'm cleaning i come across the strawberry packet and i hold it to my chest as i smile. 

[ypu went home and looked up 'why don't we' until you remembered the strawberry packet]

//Z POV// 

"zach get off your dang phone and play truth or dare with us" jack said from the living room of the house we share. "Ok be right down" i say setting my phone down anxiously. "Ok zach truth or dare?" jack said, "truth" i replied while staring at my phone. [jack sees zach staring at his phone and it all clicks]. "Who are you waiting for a text from...be honest"

I think about how the guys will embarrass me if i tell them but i tell them anyway. "y/n from the earth day thing, i gave her my number but now i think she doesn't like me that way". Suddenly jonah puts his hand on my shoulder and i look at him. "She totally likes you, did you see the way she looked at you. She is cute too".

//Y POV//

 right before bed when i'm laying there with a towel in my hair and no makeup on i decide to give zach a text.

(texts)

Y: hey this is y/n from the event

[zach hears his phone buzz and everyone looks at his phone]

Z: oh hey y/n.do you wanna hang out?

Y:im already in bed, maybe tomorrow?

Z: that sounds great maybe you could come over?

Y:sounds good. Oooo i have an idea. I have a small not very well known youtube channel, maybe we could do a challenge.

Z: that sounds like fun, what do you have in mind?

Y: its a surprise. I'll be over at 11:00 p.m tmrw, ok?

Z: k see you then y/n.

//Zachs POV// suddenly i get really happy and can't help but to smile. All the guys had been reading our conversation so they all high five me and get hyped up. "Good job zachey" jonah says while playfully punching my shoulder.
