Sixteen| Please

[Liza's POV]
I gasp as I wake up.. I feel like Ive been running a marathon or something. I check my phone, it wasn't a dream.
I quickly get changed and grab my phone, I call an uber and go to the hospital. I cant think straight at the moment, my heart is beating fast, everything around me feels like its spinning. I pay the uber driver and run inside.
"Im l-looking for David..Dobrik"
"He's in surgery at the moment. You have to wait in the waiting room" the desk lady points to the rows of chairs, I nod and sit down.

After three hours of waiting I hear his name.
"Anyone here for David Dobrik?" I stand up and nervously followed the nurse.
"Let me know if you have any questions" I nod and she leaves the room.
"David please stay strong.." I say quietly.
"I shouldn't have told you to come over" I begin to cry as I look at him, he has tubes all around him and he's covered in bandages and stitches. The only noise in the room is the machines just beeping, keeping him alive. I call everyone else.
"Liza?" I look behind me and see Heath, Scotty, Kristen and Zane standing there. Kristen hugs me.
"Liza. My truck was stolen, thats what -" I cut Heath off.
"Hit Davids Tesla" He nods.
"I-I should have never pushed him away when I needed help.."
"Now look at him. Karma" I glance at David, he looks so pale and helpless..

Out of all people, why him?

Everyone left an hour later , I just sat by him and held his hand.
"David.. Im so sorry.. I caused you pain, I caused you sadness and I caused you guilt all because I panicked, I overreacted, I couldn't deal with anything and I pushed you away when you wanted to help me. Now look at you.. this is my fault. Its all my fault." I cry and Davids hands feel cold, I just want him to tell me he's okay, I need him to wake up, I need him to be happy and I need him to smile.
"Liza?"
"Alena?" I look behind me and feel hate build up inside already.
"I heard he was here"
"How?"
"The news.. and your friend Alex"
"How do you know Alex?" I stand up.
"Hes my cousin" She shrugs.
"Look. Im not only here for David.." I look at her confused.
"Im here to apologise"
"For what?"
"Everything. High school mostly"
"Liza I never hated you in high school. I was jealous, I wanted to be friends but I just couldn't. I hated bullying you! When I heard that you almost died I felt guilty, bad, terrible for what I did, I was just waiting for karma.. Liza Im sorry" Before I could say anything, she ran out of the room leaving me speechless, Alena wanted to be friends..

I held his hand and fell asleep next to him. I just wish that I overreacted.

I woke up to the nurse writing on the clipboard.
"Good morning" she smiles.
"Do you want anything to eat?" She asks and I shake my head. I haven't eaten anything in at least a week, I've just had small meals.
"Im fine thank you" I stand up and stretch my legs.
"Suit yourself" she sighs and walks out. I see Kristen walk in.
"Here, I figured you were going to stay so I got you spare clothes" She smiles.
"Thanks" I smile back.
"Liza, have you been eating enough?" I nod.
"Why do you ask?"
"You look a lot thinner than usual and Ive heard you in the b-" I cut her off.
"Im..not exactly okay. Im really hungry everyday.." I sigh. 
"I'll go get chipotle?" I nod and she leaves.
"David..just wake up" I mumble and sit back down.
Three Days Later
David still hasn't woken up and its been almost five days. The nurse says that he might have amnesia when he wakes up, I haven't left the room, only to use the bathroom, shower and change my clothes. David still has stitches and serious head injuries.. he isn't improving that much. All the cold room is filled with is the sounds of the machines.. just wake up.
