Seventeen| Amnesia

AN: this felt unfinished so im re writing it :)
[Lizas POV]
Its almost been a week since David crashed. Some people have visited him but I haven't left the hospital since, I just want him to wake up but my worst fear is that he'll have amnesia. Kristen visits most of the time to give me spare clothes or just to talk..

5am and the machines sound different, I let myself wake up and realise whats happening, David is flatlining.
"David?" I hold his hand tightly. I look at the green line slowly becoming slower.
"Please..Please wake up" I feel tears starting to fall. I look at the green line again, his heart is becoming weaker. I run out of the room and get a nurse.
"Its D-David hes flatlining" I point to his room and the nurse calls for a doctor. She told me to wait outside, I looked through the small window. They start to do CPR and shock him, his heart rate picks up slowly but he still hasnt woken up.
"Im sorry.." The nurse walks out. Hes dead?
"Is he dead?" I hold back more tears but she shakes her head.
"No, but this may happen again. We've managed to stabilise him for now and I don't know when he'll wake up"
"Thank you" I sigh. She walks off and I walk back into the room.
"Please David" I say over and over.
Two Days Later
Today is one week since David was put into a coma. I'm so scared that he'll die or he'll have amnesia.
"David please wake up.. I just need to know your okay"
"David..I wish I never told you to come to my place, I was going to tell you I was fine..but you probably don't remember me"
[David's POV]
"I was going to tell you I was fine.. but you probably don't remember me" I hear a soft voice, how long have I been like this? I open my eyes and let them focus with the brightness form the..hospital lights? I look to my right and see a girl, she has black curly hair, tanned skin and shes so familiar..
"David?" She says with hope and wipes away a tear.
"Hello?" I sit up and feel pain in my legs.
"David..It's me, Liza?" I shake my head.
"Im sorry Liza I don't know you"
"It's..okay. I knew this would happen" she mumbles and sits next to me.
"How are you feeling anyways?"
"Kinda weird.. What happened?"
"You were in a car crash a week ago. You have amnesia"
"Oh.." I sigh. How do I not remember her?
"Who are my friends?"I ask.
"Um well, theres Scott, Kristen, Zane, Heath, Alex and I"
"Any girlfriends?" I ask jokingly.
"Well, Im your ex" She looks at her feet.
"How did we break up?"
"I overreacted.. I told you that I was fine but I wasn't" She slowly rolls up her sleeves and I look at her wrists, scars.
"Im sorry.. for whatever I did"
"No.. I overreacted. I should be sorry.."
"Is there anyone that I have problems with?"
"I guess Gabbie. She is..different" I nod and we hear a knock at the door.
"Alena?" Liza says.
"Hey.. Oh hey David" she stands at the end of my bed. 
"What are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to tell you about Gabbie.. I was at Starbucks with Alex and I overheard her talking to Jack. David.. she really likes you"
"What?" I say.
"She is so jealous of you and Liza, not just because of your friendship but your -" Liza cuts her off.
"I knew it" Liza sighs and looks at me.
"Im glad your okay David. Liza can I talk to you outside?" Liza nods and follows her. I pick up my phone that was on charge and look at my apps, Im a social media star? Vine? YouTube? I look at my youtube channel, Im almost at one million subscribers, Liza is almost at two million. I click on one of her videos 'Target With Liza'. She walks back into the room. 
"Watching my videos?" She laughs a little.
"Your funny" I shrug.
"This is a random question but..could you hear me?" I nod.
"I heard you sometimes, I always tried to figure out who was talking to me"

After the nurse came in she said that I could go home in another week or so.

Why can't I remember Liza? But I have feelings for her already?
