I decided to only add a few since I feel like their content is enough to get you started or have ideas about how you choose to eat. I'm not saying you should completely switch to a healthier diet since at times it could be expensive depending where you live, but if there are some things you could swap out I definitely recommend it!

* extra tips
- workout before you eat (if you can)
- drink a cup water with lemon, 1tsp of apple cider vinegar, or alone right when you wake up
- buy grapes, potatoes, strawberries, celery, peaches, apples, blueberries, nectarines, bell peppers, spinach, kale/ collard greens, and cherries organically since these types of produce contain a higher amount of pesticides
- carrots and cucumbers are good for stomach bloating
- buy fruits and veggies seasonal (ones that you buy out of season are imported from other parts of the world which use a ton of airplane fuel and lessens the lifespan of the earth)
- eating a banana and 1 cup of water for breakfast in the morning makes your stomach flatter
- in the picture above there are a list of non gmo brands (gmo's cause birth defects, cancer, infertility, gluten disorders, etc. these are things i learned in class/ my own research, feel free to research the topic also)
- drink lots of water (obviously)
- don't diet to the extreme, if you want to maintain/ lose weight, do it gradually

*Again if you're comfortable with your diet don't feel like you need to change it! You seriously only live one life, so eat whatever you want whenever you want. It's your body :)
