[A/N: I honestly feel like this counts as kissing]

Sasuke was the first to notice Naruto. The ravenette's eyes widened when he saw his teammates worn out form, and without thinking he yelled, "Naruto! What happened!" making said blonde give him a sharp glare.

"Be quiet 'ttebayo! I have the entire Uzumaki clan on my tail and they probably know where we are thanks to you!" Sasuke mentally slapped himself. He was so stupid!

"Then it's probably good for me to mention that I'm being chased by the Uchiha." Sakura looked at Sasuke and sighed.

"Again?" The ravenette nodded, just before a barrage of chakra chains were launched at the three of them.

"They're already here 'ttebayo?"

"I thought you said we could take them Naruto!"

"Just because I can doesn't mean I want to dattebayo!" Then the four of them heard someone shout.

"Amaterasu!" Sakura instinctively made a tungsten dome around her teammates and herself. Sasuke lit up his hand to provide light for all of them.

"Now what?" Kurama then started digging quietly.

"Mask your chakra, we'll be going underground." The three of them did as the Kyuubi said and followed him down the tunnel.

"Ohh! We're so smart dattebayo! Those Uzumaki's are gonna be so pissed!" Sasuke shushed Naruto and then turned to Sakura, or as much as he could in the cramped space.

"Did you cover the entrance?" The pinkette nodded, and then they all wordlessly continued to follow Kurama. There was short silence until Naruto began,
"So...what've you two been up to?"

"Traveled around a bit, then went to Konoha and talked with the Uchiha." Sakura raised an eyebrow.

"And all that took a year?" The ravenette hesitated before replying.

"....I traveled a lot." The kunoichi sighed, realizing that she wouldn't get any further answers from her teammate.

"I went to Uzushiogakure, did you know they rebuilt it 'ttebayo? Well anyway, I thought that the people would be nice there because I was an Uzumaki, but when I mentioned my father they threw a hissy fit and tried to go all chakra-chain on my ass. But I was too strong so they can suck it dattebayo!" Naruto yelled, punching randomly in front of him. And at that moment, Sakura found it hard to believe that this dork was the person who almost destroyed the Hokage Monument with one jutsu.

The blonde then looked at Sakura. "Ne, what did you do Sakura-chan?" Said pinkette shrugged.

"Well, I went to Yugakure and found absolutely nothing regarding my parent's whereabouts... But I did finally figure out how to work my Kekkei Genkai....kinda. And I also found out that I've been carrying around a glowing kunai in my pocket for 8 years." Sakura mentioned with a shrug, making her two teammates sweatdrop, but the two of them knew that it was best not to question Sakura's antics.

After an hour of digging, they finally exited their tunnel. And the first thing Sasuke noticed was how quiet it was, making him furrow his brows. "Doesn't this seem a bit too easy?" Naruto snorted.

"Are you seriously gonna complain about that 'ttebayo?" The ravenette shook his head, "Well then, now what?" Sakura stepped forward.

"I'm thinking of returning to Suna," Sasuke hn-ed in agreement, but Naruto's face remained stoic.

"I'm not thinking of going back just yet...I wanna stop by Ichiraku's." Then, as if on cue, a bird flew to the three of them with a scroll attached to its leg. Sakura removed the paper from the bird and let it go free, before turning to her teammates and opening the message.

As she began reading the letter, her expression morphed from one of confusion, into one of shock, and then slight weariness. Then she held the letter to her teammates. "It's from Kakashi, I think you should read it yourself."

Sasuke and Naruto hunched down to read the small print.

Dear Sakura,

How are you? I hope your search for your parents is going well. It would be great if you could contact Naruto and Sasuke and tell me what they're up to, or better yet, tell them to write to me. Don't tell them I said this, but it's been really quiet without their constant lover's quarrels. (and don't tell me you haven't noticed)

By the way, I've been accepted into Suna's ANBU. It's pretty intense, more intense than Konoha that's for sure.

Things are pretty quiet here in Suna, Gaara's been acting a bit off and a little antsy ever since you left but I think that's a given...if you know what I mean ;)

Also make sure to tell Sasuke to start writing to Gaara, he's getting really pissed waiting.

[The next part is scribbled haphazardly]

Whoa ok, nevermind the part about Suna being quiet. Somebody just bombed the Kazekage's tower.

("And he's still writing dattebayo?"

"Hn, that's Kakashi for you,")

Two people in black and red cloaks are currently dragging Gaara out of the village. GET YOUR ASSES HERE NOW!!!!!!!!!

Best wishes,

Hatake Kakashi :)

Sasuke examined the scroll for the second time. "This was written yesterday, they couldn't have gotten too far out of Suna." The ravenette said, "We could probably intercept them if we knew where they were going."

"That's the thing, we don't know where they're going." Sakura pointed out, making Naruto groan.

"Does this mean what I think it means 'ttebayo?" Sasuke chuckled,

"Yep, we're going back to Suna." The blonde groaned again.

"But... Can we stop by Ichiraku first?"

"Are you kidding me Naruto?"

Alright, I admit this chapter was a bit short, sorry :/

It's just that I don't have that much time to write anymore. It'll probably be like this until mid-winter term because I'm applying out of my current school this year (gotta get them A's ;D)

Anyway how's school going for all of you? Homework sucks doesn't it?

Have a nice day/night!
