So, Sofia didn't get to stay with me and mysterious Jonah. She went after one of his so-called friends. The hair on the guy was blonde and was spiked. I think his name was Corbyn? I don't know, but I'm going with that.
That's my sister, I forgot to tell you what she looked like. She's 16, and is my adopted sister, but she is treated like a member of the family. Anyway, I went with Jonah to get frozen yogurt.
"So, tell me, what brings you to Stillwater?" Jonah asks, taking a bite of his frozen yogurt.
"Well, my dad got a job offer that pays more than his job did in Oregon, so we moved here," I explained.
He nodded, "So, you're an Oregon girl, huh?"
I laughed a little, "Yeah, you could say that. Anyway, I heard some things and I don't know if it's true or not, so can you answer as honestly as possible?"
"I can try, but I don't know. Can I trust you?" He looked me dead in the eyes, all seriously.
"You can trust me, I hold secrets from long ago." I whispered.
"Okay, what did you hear?" He asks, smiling at me.
"Well, I heard that... Um, I heard that 12 people went missing last year. Do you know anything about the missing people?" I asked, while stuttering also not knowing how to put the sentence into words.
"Uhh, I have to go my.. mom wants me home right now," he told me.
"Oh, then I'll see you around, I guess?" I asked, hope in my voice.
"Uh, yeah! See you later!" he took his yogurt with him and walked away swiftly.
Jonah's POV
I walked away from Alessia, 'Does she know about the secret?' I hope not. Anyway, I head back to the den house. I walk in the door, only to see Corbyn and Sofia making out on the couch (Sofia, please don't kill me).
"Guys, get a room!" I said, blocking my eyes, "And use protection!"
They pulled apart. Sofia's eyes went wide, "Jonah!! Where's my sister?"
"I think she went home, but I'm not sure," I answer honestly.
"Okay??" She said, questioning me, "Well, I guess I will be getting home."
"Great having you here, I guess," Corbyn said, walking her to the door.
They were having a moment, but I sadly interrupted it.
"I think you should be getting home, see you later!!" I escorted her out of the door. I watched her walk into the house across the street.
"Well, we're fucked (Jack and Jack vine lol)!" I whispered to myself.~Alessia's pov~
I hear the door open, and in walks Sofia.
"Where did you go off to with Corbyn?" I asked, smirking.
"Shut the hell up! Dad cannot find out," She said, harshly, "But I was across the street."
"What the hell were you doing across the street?" I asked, confused.
"Did you not know? They live across the street!" She got all giggly for a second.
"What happened?" I asked.
"Well, let's just say, Corbyn and I got into a heated make out session, " She explained.
I gasped, "Aww! Your first make out session! My little sister is growing up!" I wipe away a "tear."
"What is going on in here?" Our dad walks in.
"Nothing!" We exclaim at the same time, then ran upstairs.
"Phew, that was close," I put my hand over my heart. We then laughed, our dad is clueless.
