It's finally Saturday, man am I not ready for today, so the first decision I made was I was going to be that stay in bed underneath my nice warm sheets and refuse to move.

Maybe an hour later Emma enters my room and stands watching me, "you need to get up" she says crossing her arms over her chest, I push the covers aside and sit up, "I am up, I just didn't want to move" I say, she laughs at me, "come on, get dressed, we're picking up Lucus from the airport in a few hours" I rubbed my eyes and leant back on my hands, "I thought we agreed I would get him and you would stay here" she sighs, "how will you get there and back, I thought for a moment, "fine, but your staying in the car" she nods and laughs, "not happening kiddo.

I roll my eyes and stand up, I walk to the door where she was standing, push her out and slam the door, "that's that" I say satisfied, "now to get dressed... and stop talking to myself" I say to myself.

I wear black leggings, a random top, my blue and white varsity Jacket and a pair of blue converse, I grabbed my phone from my dresser and went into the bathroom to brush my hair.

I walked downstairs and Emma was putting her shoes on, I walked outside and looked around the quiet neighbourhood, I glance over at Alex's house and notice that he's outside, I walk across the road and lean on the car he was working on and clap my hands to get his attention, "oh hey skye" I smiled and he wiped his hands, "aren't you going to pick your brother up?" I look around to make sure nobody is around, "I am but I have to go with Emma" I say rolling my eyes, he nods shutting the hood of the car, "I'll drive you, if you want" I nodded told him to wait there.

I ran back across the road to my own house, "Emma!?" I yelled, I walked into the kitchen and she was waiting, "ready?" She smiled, "I am, your not coming" her face dropped, "yes I am" I nodded and picked up my keys from the side, "I'm going with Alex" I say slowly, she stands up and snatched my keys, "no your not" I groan, and she smiles at me, "your the reason he left in the first place do you really think he wants to see you after you made us separate!" I shout her smile fades and she becomes mad, "It's nearly been four years, I'm sure he hasn't still got a grudge on me" I roll my eyes and snatch my keys back, "I'm going with Alex" I say and before she could answer I walked away, she didn't follow me or fight me so I left.

I ran across the road to where Alex was still standing, "everything okay?" He asked, I nodded and he opened the door for me to get in.

It took an hour and a half to get to the airport, and the whole ride was just us fighting over who gets the AUX cord, In the end I won and got to play my music.

We stood in the airport and I started to get emotional, I can't belive I'm going to see my brother again, I stood with varies families who were also waiting for loved ones.

"You need to calm yourself down" Alex says with a chuckle watching me pace around, "what if he's changed?" I say paranoid, "what if I've changed and he doesn't like me anymore?" I say looking at him wide-eyed, he chuckled and I was panicking, he stands up and grabs my shoulders, "breathe, your his sister, he'll love you no matter what" he reassures with a cute smile, I nod and turn to the area where people are starting to exit the plane, I look back at him and he let's go and sits back down in the same chair.

A few minutes went past and I started to get really emotional, I looked like a wreck and I hadn't even seen him yet, the last few people were exiting and I was getting very anxious.

At last I see his brown hair round the small corner and stop, he looks at me and smiles brightly before running towards me and pulling me into a hug, he's taller than me so I had to tip toe to wrap my arms around his neck while he snakes his arms around my waist, "I told you I'd be back" he whispered, I smiled and he tightens his grip.

We stand there for a few minutes before Alex coughs causing us to break apart, "why are you still crying he's here now stop" he jokes, I pull my sleeves over my hands and wipe my eyes, "And you are?" Lucus asks, "I'm Alex, skyes friend" Lucus raises an eyebrow, "friend ay?" Alex rolls his eyes and starts walking towards the entrance, "Is Emma here?" he asks I nod and he sighs with relief, "good, honestly I still don't really like her" I laugh and he puts his arm around my shoulder and we all leave and get in the car.

When we got home we said our goodbyes to Alex and went home, "Emma we're home" I yell, she walks in from the living room and smiles, "nice time see you again Lucus"she says he nods and turns to me, "where's my room, I'd like to unpack" he said, Emma looks at me with a sad face and I showed him to his room.

Later that night I sat on my window seat and started writing in my note pad, I didn't really write anything important but I soon stopped when a small knock came from the door, I stood up letting my oversized t-shirt fall to my knees, I opened the door and Lucus smiled, I opened the door wider and he entered, "what's wro-" before I could finish he pulled me into a hug, "I just missed you so much, I'm sorry" I hugged him tighter, "you have nothing to apologise for" he pulled back and sat on my window seat, "so Alex" I rolled my eyes and sat next to him.

Man its good to have him back in my life...
