"P-princess Celestia...? What are you doing here? Didn't you have a meeting with the dignitaries from Saddle Arabia today?" Twilight asked.

Celestia nodded. "Yes I did. But they're visit was... Cut short... There was an explosion earlier that we heard and they were worried of the stability of my kingdom. An unfortunate circumstance, but, a circumstance nonetheless. Now, then... Care to explain why a human is in Equestria?"

I sat up and shifted into a more comfortable sitting position. "I can explain that one. Sort of. I was in my world, when a wormhole opened up in my room and sucked everything nearby into it. Including me. I fell for a while and the next thing I knew, I was in Equestria. Short, sweet and to the point."

Everypony around stared for a moment, a bit shocked at my explanation. I bet they were expecting more out of it. What else could I do? Over exaggerate? That's not how I roll.

"Well, I still would like to speak to you nonetheless. Equestria has seen humans before, but it wasn't as peaceful as this time..." Celestia sighed.

I tilted my head in confusion. "What do you mean?" I asked. Suddenly, it dawned on me. "Wait... Was there a war between humans and ponies? What happened?"

Princess Celestia shuddered. "It's nothing. Rest up now, you need to recover."

Twilight and I exchanged glances. It was obvious there was something bigger behind Celestia's redirection of the conversation. But, we put it aside.

"I've been in a coma for the past few weeks, I think I've rested enough." I said, moving my legs so they hung off the edge of the bed.

Twilight tried to stop me with magic, but the amulet reflected her attempt and I dropped down to the floor.

As soon as I hit the floor, there was silence. Everypony watched in anticipation and worry as if I was going to fall over or stay upright. I teetered for a few seconds, trying to gain my balance until I finally felt stable. I then slowly stood up straight and looked around.

I threw my arms up in the air and calmly said said, "Yes."

Twilight seemed shocked I didn't fall over, she likely was expecting that I hadn't fully recovered yet and was going to fall over. But to her surprise, I had recovered quicker than expected.

"Well, this is, an unexpected turn of events. A good one, however. Hmmm, we should run a few physical tests to see how your body and the leg are reacting to each other." Twilight suggested.

Some of the pony doctors and surgeons nodded in agreement.

I shrugged. "Ok. Sure, let's do it!"

Twilight hopped around happily. "Oh, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes! I get to study human physiology!!! I can't wait!!"

I smiled and chuckled. I was glad I could help her out and seeing her happy was a nice bonus to that.

Twilight and some of the doctors led me to a room that looked similar to a gym, but with a lot more technical equipment and blinking lights.

"Oooh, techy. Wait, I thought Equestria didn't have this type of technology..." I explained. I was skeptical, to be honest. This didn't seem right.

"Well, you see, in the event that Celestia decided to beat around the bush about, there was human technology left behind. We just adapted it to fit the needs of ponies." One of the doctors pointed out.

I nodded in understanding. Celestia would have some explaining to do later.

"Well, let's get these tests started!" I exclaimed.
