Mello places my hand in Lawliets as the pastor starts
“Who will give this bride away?”
Mello smiles “I do” he then let’s go of my hand, taking his seat next to Layla.
The pastor than continues; “The step which you are about to take is the most important into which human beings can come. It is a union of two people founded upon mutual respect and affection. Your lives will change, your responsibilities will increase, but your joy will be multiplied if you are sincere and earnest with your pledge to one another.
“ L Lawliet will you have this woman to be your wedded wife, to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, and forsaking all others, keep you only unto her, for so long as you both shall live?”
Lawliet smiles at me nodding “I do”
“Angel Watterson will you have this man to be your wedded husband, to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, and forsaking all others, keep you only unto him, so long as you both shall live?”
I smile, my hands shaking “I-I do”
“I, L Lawliet take you, Angel Watterson to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, to love and to cherish, from this day forward.”
“ I, Angel Watterson take you, L Lawliet to be my wedded husband, to have and to hold, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, to love and to cherish, from this day forward.”
“Do you have a ring for the bride?”
Little Jenna nods holding up the little pillow with the rings placed perfectly on top
“Please place the ring on the bride's finger and say: With this ring, I thee wed”
Lawliet gently slides the ring on my ring finger that still has my engagement ring on
“with this ring, I thee wed”
The pastor nods “Is there a ring for the groom?”
Jenna than hands me the ring smiling, I kiss the top of her pink hair.
“Please place the ring on the groom's finger and say: With this ring I thee wed“
I slide the ring onto Lawliet’s finger, my palms still clammy “with this ring, I thee wed”
“Let these rings be given and received as a token of your affection, sincerity and fidelity to one another”
“In as much as L and Angel have consented together in wedlock and have witnessed the same before this company, and pledged their vows to each other, by the authority vested in me by the State of New York, I now pronounce you husband and wife. (You may now kiss.)”
Lawliet dips me like they do in the movies; he kisses me gently while Snow and Jenna make the “ewww” sound. This only edges Lawliet cause then he starts to kiss every square inch of my face. I’m laughing and giggling like a little girl while everyone is clapping.
Suddenly someone always has to ruin my happy moment;
The door swings open. A little girl with pinkish red hair in pigtails charges in.
Her eyes are filled with fear.
Two men are charging after her..,,
