This story was also published in Quotev, but I moved it here because I think that it would be much better if I out it here. Plus, I think there is more IM5 fnas in here.
Chapter 1
Kitty’s P.O.V
I took my books out of my locker and slammed my locker shut. I leaned on my locker and sighed. I looked at my friend Brooke who was looking at her phone, and tears were starting to form in her eyes. I moved closer to her, “Hey Brooke, what’s wrong?” I asked.
She wiped her face, “Keith cheated one me. It’s all over twitter” she said, sobbing.
“Oh my god” I said. I always hated Keith. I pulled her into a hug, “I’m so sorry. I told you he was no good. Actually, no one here is good”
“We were together for five years and it just ended like that” she said. She is so hurt, she could hardly speak.
I let go of her, “Hey, you know in this school, you really can’t trust anyone. That’s why I don’t date”
“I know, I guess this is what I get when I don’t believe my own best friend. I’m really sorry, Kitty” she said.
“It’s not your fault. Mistakes happen all the time. You know what you should do? Stand straight, keep you’re held up high, fake a smile until it
becomes real. Trust me, being single is the best thing ever” I said, wiping her tears.
“You’re right” she said, and did what I just told her. She stood straight, kept her held up high, and smiled.
Ughh! I freaking hate this school. You can’t trust anyone. I would move but, I don’t want to leave my best friend. She is the only one I trust, and only her. Tell one secret, and your life is over. I hate it here. The school is not that big, so the hallways are always crowded. The most popular kids are the ones that you can’t trust the most. I am not that popular, so, I would consider myself semi-popular. I am the captain of the basketball team, and even I can’t even trust the rest of the team. We don’t get along that much. When they fight, Brooke and I just try to stop them.
Everyone stepped aside when the most popular guy was walking down the halls. Ugh. Dana Vaughns. He is in a band, called IM5. I think. He is also the biggest player in this school. I knew him since we were little kids. And he is the most annoying person ever. I hate him. When he left to audition for the band, I was quite happy. And when he came back for senior year, it was like hell for me. He was homeschooled for a while, and senior year he decided to come back. I feel like he just thinks he is the best at everything just because, he is one of the members of the biggest boy band in L.A. I admit that they have great talent, and all, but once you get to know him, he is not so nice. He will annoy you to the highest level, higher than you would think. Every girl, talks about him every single day. That is also one of things that annoy me. I felt someone poking my dimple, and I slammed that someone’s hand down. I looked over to my left, and there was little Dana with a stupid smirk on his face. “What do you want Dana?” I asked, annoyed.
“Woah, looks like someone’s pants are little too tight” he said.
I rolled my eyes, “Seriously Dana? Just tell me what you want”
“Oh, so you would do it?” he asked.
“No” I replied.
“Then why would you ask me if I want something?” he chuckled. This guy really loves to annoy me.
“Ugh, whatever” I said, and Brooke and I just went to class.
*
“Okay class, I want you take down some notes” Ms. Gomez said.
I started taking down some notes, as she continues to explain. I sit next to Dana, and he won’t stop poking my arm. I slammed his arm down,
“Don’t freaking touch me” I whispered/yelled.
“Is there something wrong, Ms. Ferris?” Ms. Gomez said, and everyone’s eyes were on me.
“No” I replied.
“Good” Ms. Gomez said, and smiled.
I then continued writing, and Dana slammed my pen down messing up my writing. “Ugh, you little-” I cut myself off, when the teacher started
looking at me. “Sorry”
“Last warning, Ms. Ferris” she warned.
I heard Dana chuckle, and I just glared at him.
