You, Susan and Ernie walk towards the Great Hall, as is everyone else. The year has come to an end. It had been a long and rough year, and you're glad you're going home, but it had also been an extremely fun year. You know you're going to miss Susan and Ernie during summer break, but you've all already promised to write each other. Also, you're going to see your parents again, who you've missed terribly.

"Don't expect your stupid house to win the House Cup. We all know Slytherin's better at practically everything", we suddenly hear a familiar voice say. You look up and see Draco storming into the Great Hall. You follow him, and look around the hall and at the decorations with a smile.
"We'll see about that", you smirk, as you, Susan and Ernie walk over to the Hufflepuff table.

Once everyone's inside, Dumbledore starts talking, and every students shuts their mouth.
"Another year has gone", he starts. You smile brightly from ear to ear once he starts talking about the House Cup, and you notice that Ernie is also smiling brightly. You had already seen the banners as you walked into the Great Hall earlier. You know who's going to win.
"In fourth place, Ravenclaw, with 325 points. Third place, Gryffindor, with 356 points. The other two houses have been really close to winning, both of them, but I won't let you wait any longer. In second place, Slytherin, with 411 points. And in first place, with 420 points, Hufflepuff house. I must congratulate you. Well done, Hufflepuff, well done. Hufflepuff wins the House Cup."
Everyone claps, but your own house starts cheering and clapping the loudest. You quickly look at Draco, who's giving you a nasty look, but right now, you don't really care. You've proven yourself better than him and his 'bad' house, and it feels great.
"I knew we had a great shot at winning", Susan says.
"All thanks to you of course", you say, smiling at Ernie.
"Agreed", Susan smiles.

"The year is now really over, isn't it ?" Ernie asks as you three get into an empty compartment on the train.
"It is. But we're going to see each other again sooner than you think", you say, trying to make him smile.
"And we've promised to write each other", Susan adds.
"Are you - really going to write ?" Ernie asks.
"Yes, of course Ernie", you smile once you see his smile.
"We've promised, haven't we ?" Susan says again.
"I'm still going to miss you two", you then say. You didn't want to get sad, but you couldn't deny the fact that you were going to miss your two best friends terribly.
"We'll miss you too", Susan says, giving you a hug. Ernie, who sat opposite of you two, now sits next to you and also joins the hug.

When you arrive at platform 9 3/4, you say goodbye to Susan and Ernie one last time, before getting your trunk and your owl, and running towards your parents.
"Blanche !"
"We've missed you so much !"
Your parents pull you into a hug. You close your eyes and hug them back.
"I've missed you too, but it was really amazing at Hogwarts, mum."
"I'd like to hear everything about it", your mother says. Your dad takes your trunk, the three of you get back to King's Cross Station, and then get to the car quickly.

You excitingly tell your parents about your year at Hogwarts.
"..I didn't even know any of this existed ! But magic is so amazing ! We've learned lots of stuff, and I've made the best friends in the world. It was really amazing with them, and I can't wait to see them again", you say with a smile.
"Do they live nearby ? You should ask them to come visit us in the summer", your mum says. Your smile grows even wider.
"You're right ! I hadn't thought of that yet."
"But about this - magic", your father starts. "I've heard only a little about it, because my grandfather was a wizard. But I'd like to see it, Blanche. Can you show us something simple ?" your father suddenly asks. You think for a moment, and take your wand out of your robe.
"I don't think I can do that."
"Why not ?"
Your parents look at you in confusion, but you give them a warm and sweet smile, which automatically puts a smile on their faces again too. You look down at your wand in your hands, and smile even brighter.
"I'm not allowed to do magic outside of Hogwarts."
