A fucking straight jacket and padded room. That's where they placed me. I wasn't insane before going into this place, but now I was because of where they put me. And my parents fucking let them. At this rate, I'd forgive Ashton without him even apologizing. Putting up with his shit was better than screaming my face off to get out of an oversized pillow.

Luke had promised to get me and I had no doubt in my mind that he would keep his promise. It was just a matter of when he'd get me. Hopefully, that would be soon. I didn't think I could stand being like this much longer. Although, I could only imagine what Calum and Ashton were going through. Everyone must've thought they were my original kidnappers. Was it legal to torture people? I assumed it was. Even if I was wrong, I was apparently "insane" so it should be okay.

"Luke, listen to me!" Mikey yelled, blocking the door. It was still early morning, so the sky was dark. It wouldn't stay that way for long so I had to leave while I could. But this giant asshole wouldn't move. "Luke, go get Ashton and Calum first."

"Why?" I groaned. "I need to get Jemma. Who knows what they're doing to her?"

"Ashton and Calum can help," he explained. "No offence to Jemma, but she's not as in sync with you as the other two are. And they've done things like this before."

I sighed. "Mikey, just move please."

He stared me dead in the eye, not moving. "I'm driving."

"You're not." I laughed.

He held the key ring up by his index finger. "I already have the keys." He flashed a toothy smile before heading out the door.

The drive to the institution Calum and Ashton were being held at was quiet and short considering Michael was speeding down the vacant streets. We knew where we were going because I'd been there once. The entire place was very high security, but with my power, I'd be able to break inside. That's exactly how I got out.

"We go in, get them, get out, and get to Jemma." I stated as we got out of the car.

"I'll cover you." Michael nodded before my eyes glowed to life and I busted through the door.

I woke up to shouting and slamming outside my padded cell. It had actually taken me a while to get to sleep because I felt like if I slept, I'd be giving in. So I was surprised I woke as easily as I did since I was so tired.

I rushed to the tiny, barred window and pressed my face to it. The lights had been knocked out somehow and it was impossible to see anything, but I continued to peer into the darkness. Two tiny gleams of white light appeared at the end off the hall. It quickly got closer, bouncing as it did. I could hear...footsteps?

Luke.

"Luke!" I shouted, kicking at my cell door. "Luke, I'm in here!"

Alarms began to go off as red lights blinked, momentarily lighting up the hall. Each time they did, Luke, Calum, Ashton, and Mikey were closer. But my stomach twisted in knots as three more sets of lights appeared at the end of the hall.

"Freeze!" a deep voice shouted.

The light of Luke's eyes was gone as he spun around. The red lights went off again and I saw three guards flying through the air toward the back wall.

"Just get the door first!" Michael instructed as he reached my door.

"We're busting you out, kid." Ashton smiled mischievously.

"Back up." Calum advised.

I did as I was told, standing art the farthest wall in my cell. The door busted open in seconds. Two of the boys rushed in - Michael and Calum - and grabbed me.

"Let's go," Michael said, leading us out. "Ashton, cover Luke. We have Jemma."

The boys slipped masks over their faces as we ran down the hall. Luke and Ashton worked together perfectly, Ashton easily taking down anyone Luke couldn't get to - he'd shoot them in the leg. They knew exactly when and how to help each other without saying anything.

We ran out the door, the cool night air slamming into my face. Michael slid across the hood of his car and got into the drivers seat, Luke waiting to grab me and stuff me inside before getting in himself. Calum quickly climbed in the front as Ashton jumped into the trunk and slammed the hatchback shut. Michael floored it, the tires screeching against the pavement.

"Sweet, sweet freedom." Calum sighed, leaning his head back against the seat.

"Thanks for saving our asses." Ashton laughed lightly as he rested his arms against the back of the bench seats Luke and I were sitting in.

Luke ripped off his mask and looked down at me. "Let's get this off." he suggested, kissing my lips lightly.

Finally, I was going home.
