"I sit in the tub, the water showering over me. The faucet's constant running water hit my skin, making it tingle as time passed. Music blared from my phone on the counter, all of it seeming to remind me of you in some way, in one form of our friendship or another. My mind strayed from thing to thing, but always came back to you. I seem to find peices of you everywhere, but I bet you hardly think of me at all. I am still trying to wrap my head around what's happening. I feel like I'm losing you, but I don't think you feel that way. I feel like our friendship might be fleeting, but you always said it would be forever. My hair strands on my face as I listen to the music intently, trying to get my mind off of you, but as usual, it always goes back."
