Clone Wars And Percy Jackson Crossover

Chapter 15

PREVIOUSLY:

  "Now that we are acquainted and all, Percy, you'll be staying in this dorm with us until you leave. There are times and rules you need to follow but you'll learn it all soon anyways. Now I need to take you to Sky Guy for your first lesson. Now, let's go." said Ahsoka and dragged me out of the room.

Now:

Percy POV:

Ahsoka and I were walking side by side down the same metal and equally grey corridors. A couple of clone troopers were walking around patrolling and some others were guarding doors. Wehn I finally noticed we stopped walking we had reached a metal automatic door, just like any other door in this compound but the aura coming out of it was suffocating, powerful. 

"We're here kelp head. Please don't embarrass yourself," Ahsoka half muttered half-whispered to me and the doors slid open. For a moment, my eyes were blinded by the bright light coming from within, and then my sight cleared and I saw what lay within.

It was beautiful.

The doors opened up and I saw a garden. There were flowers growing around and i even saw some moonlace. In front of us, there was a stone path leading inside. Although it seemed like we were still inside there was no ceiling but a perfectly blue and clear sky. There were sounds coming from the direction of the path and my curiosity got the better of me. 

Before Ahsoka could stop me, I already started walking forward. You could even feel the change in the air from when I stepped into the haven. The air inside the metal corridors was heavy and dark but here it was light. 

The stone path I was following stopped and...

 No POV:

Percy walked into a circular amphitheatre styled platform where a group of children were watching a Jedi show them the steps and moves from a fighting style. This style was different from all the ones he's seen at camp, they were fluid and graceful. To the left, there were some teenagers chatting, reading books and some sparing. Further on behind the group of kids, stood Anakin Skywalker talking to two other Jedi along with Obi-Won. 

When Ahsoka caught up with Percy and seeing his expression of wonder started to explain.  "This is Jedi's sanctuary. A place where we can come to meditate, practice and just hang out with our friends. This is also a prefered spot of classes for the Jedi younglings. I'm sure you've noticed by now how busy this planet is. Since this is also the 'base' of Republic, all Jedi are trained here. This was created so that the younglings and future Jedi would become the heroes of the people without the dangers of the dark side infecting their minds." 

"It's wonderful."

"Yeah. It really is."

They just stood there side by side watching the calm and peaceful scene before them until a shout from Anakin broke them out of their trance. 

"Ahsoka, Percy, come here!"

"Well, let's go," Ahsoka rushed off with Percy following.

..... ...... .... ...... .... ..... ... ... ...... ..... ....

"You'll be using the same lightsaber as the one you tried on Hoth, I hope you understand that you can't use your normal weapon since it's ineffective on other lightsabers," Anakin explained to the two. In his outstretched hand, he held out the lightsaber that both recognised, one with annoyance, and one with anticipation. 

"Before you actually start to practice fighting with it, you need to understand the basics of the force and how to wield it. We don't want you going hurricane everytime you activate it. That ok with you?" 

"Sure."

"Obi-Won here will explain it to you since he's had the most experience with the force," he said gesturing to the general direction Obi-Won was standing in. The said person walked up and started to explain...

"The force is a life force that all life runs on. Jedi are people who are sensitive to this life force and have the power to use it. For example," Obi-Won turned around and stretched his arm out.

Seconds later, Percy felt a very strong wind start to pick up around the area that Obi-Won faced. Then the chair that was in that area suddenly flew back with immense force. 

"This is one of the uses of the force. We also get visions of the future that the force deemed necessary for us to know, but we can't always rely on them being 100% accurate. In your case, I assume that since you're half god or whatnot, you're especially sensitive to the force and considering the fact that you  haven't trained in control, the moment you ignite your blade, you subconsciously recognise your connection and use it. This is why were going to start with a simple exercise with these," He finished and then took out a couple of pebbles from his pocket in his cloak.

They lay in his a hand until they lifted up and started spinning in random shapes.  Then they flew towards Percy and landed on the floor before him. 

"You won't start practising with the lightsaber until you can easily manipulate these stones and anything else. Don't worry if you don;t get the hang of it anytime soon. This isn't easy and it'll be harder for you as you're older than the usual trainees," he said and then turned around to leave (Anakin and Ahsoka have already left) but then heard Percy call out. 

"Like this Obi-Won?"

Said person turned around and saw Percy juggling the pebbles without them actually touching his hand. 

"Close your mouth Obi-Won. I'm just getting started."
