Chapter 18

"Actually, the main reason I came here was to tell Percy of his first new mission. We are going to...

Now:

Percy POV:

"I'm bored."

"I know."

...

"I'm bored."

"CAN YOU BE QUIET!!! We'll be there soon, OK? Just a couple more hours."

"I can't sit still for that long you know. ADHD and all..."

"I don't care. It's not as if telling me that will make your situation any better so please be the grown-up you're supposed to be and be quiet."

Time Skip (cause we all love those...)

We climbed off the ship thing and I followed Ahsoka cause she seemed to know where we're going. This is such a pain. I thought that my first mission would be fun like fighting someone but noooo. We're going to escort a criminal from this planet back to Coruscant and the prisoner isn't even that important.

Right now we're on the planet Tatooine where a gangster who is influential in both politics and the underworld. The criminal exchange we're doing is for politics (and it's always good to be on the good side of an underworld king) and all I'm meant to do is guard the dam ship, although Ahsoka did tell me I can wander around a bit.

Aaaand... she's already gone. Great. I walk away from the ship, gladly stretching after sitting still for so long and start looking around. I've partially started getting used to the different aliens but they're still fascinating. Mala is Twi'lek and Ahsoka is a Togruta. Talz is a human which is very confusing since I'm pretty sure someone as crazy as him can't come from Earth. Sylvio still refuses to tell me what he is, but apart from being slightly purple, he's practically human. He could pass for a girl if he really tried.

As I was walking through, I heard shouting and a roar. I started walking towards the commotion, cause... why not? Soon enough, I arrived at the source of the noise... Is what I'd like to say. But since I'm me, I got lost.

I turned down an alleyway and walked through, clambering over all the metal junk people/aliens just left lying around when suddenly something crashed into me and I flew back a couple of feet.

"Ow ow ow ow ow!" I shouted holding my head in one hand while using the other to pull myself up. I was still dizzy and didn't clearly hear what was going round me but I could make out some words.

"You... hurt... sorry... see... go get... sure..." I looked up to see the person who crashed into me and I nearly got a heart attack. The person standing in front of me was none other than...

Leo...

Frickin'...

Valdez.

"PERCY!!???!

"LEO!!!???"

We just stood there staring at each other until a sweet voice rang through the air breaking the silence.

"Leo, where are you? I have Festus with me, still in one piece and the blue guy stopped chasing you! Come Out! Seriously, Leo, I'm not telling you aga... Oh hi there Percy," Calypso walked into the alleyway where we were currently having a staring contest. "I didn't expect you to be here." She walked up to us and hugged me. Me, being still in shock, didn't respond.

Once my brain caught up to the present, my mind was filled with questions, but before I asked them anything, I did what I was waiting to do for ages.

I punched Leo in his face and this time, he flew back a few feet. Groaning, he stood up and shouted at me "What was that for man?! Do you know how much that hurt?! Ande here I thought we were friends as well..."

"What. Are. You. Doing. Here?" I asked him.

"Well, you see... It's a funny story actually. After I blew my awesome self up, I happened to appear on Calypso's island again and I was planning to bring her back to camp when a portal popped up and my buddy Festus decided to fly into it. We got teleported to this sandy lump and that's it. What about you?"

"I..."

After we exchanged stories, we started walking back to our ship and I was just about to ask details of their shortened story when we heard shouting of the local guards, directed at Leo...

"There he is!"

"Stop him!"

"Stay where you are!"

And so on. I turned to face Leo to ask him about this mess but all that I saw was a dust trail from wher Calypso, Leo and suitcase Festus were.

"I swear I will kill him 100 times over once I find him."
