First and foremost I want to thank all who have wasted their time, which could've been probably spent on something a million more times useful, reading this story. It honestly means so much.

On another note, I'm sorry for delaying this chapter for so long so without further a due, read on...

Previously:

Although we've met each other before and even talked a bit, it was still extremely awkward. Where's Ahsoka when you for once need her? That came out a bit rude. Anyways, we followed the two guards, the senator directly behind and me bringing up the back. This whole place was surprisingly huge even though it's located in a pretty small and desolate village which, let's not forget, is also currently overrun by dumb metal walking scrap heaps. Senator Amidala walked silently, seeming to be in deep thought. Sometimes I would catch her glance at me curiously but when she noticed me looking back, would immediately divert her gaze.

Never do I want to experience something so awkward again. We finally made it to the office of the boss. The guards stopped us and one of them walked into the room, only to return in a couple minutes later saying,

"The boss is ready to see you. You can go in. We'll wait for you out here."

Senator Amidala walked in first, the other guard opening the door for us. I silently followed after her. The boss was sitting at the end of the room at his desk, evidently having been interrupted by our arrival as piles of unfinished paperwork was scattered across in a disorganised mess all over.

"You probably know the reason for us being here but just to make sure, we would like your help in escaping this planet. I suspect you have ownership of at least a couple of ships out of which I'm sure you are able to spare at least one for our use. Of course, we will pay you back in due course after we have reached safety, if you do decide to accept, that is."

"We will have to further discuss this since I will need the ship back. This is challenging considering the fact that our planet, or in any case our sector, is under separatist control. However..."

After that, I lost interest in the conversation. It was evident that they weren't planning on finishing any time soon and I for one was not interested in politics. After all, that's what people like senators are for.

"Percy Jackson?"

My stream of thoughts was interrupted abruptly by the boss calling out my name.

"Yes, sir?"

"You're a good kid. Make sure to deliver Senator Amidala to the republic. She has information that would cost all of us dearly if it were to fall into the wrong hands, and please don't die. It would be a shame for you to die so young."

"Don't worry sir. Nothing will happen. I've been through worse and came out unharmed, so the senator couldn't be safer."

I was once again reunited with Alphonse and Erlene, the latter being as chatty as before. The Amaran also joined our company which now followed this order: Erlene happily chatting away to Alphonse who would occasionally nod affirmatively in her direction, me walking next to the senator, the fox sapient who was being pestered by Jar-Jar Binks and then finally the golden cyborg who was desperately trying to catch up to us with the smaller droid not far behind.

We finally reached the hangars where there were around ten spaceships, not large ones, but big enough to hold up to seven people.

We were lead to the furthest one in the hanger. The Amaran went straight to the cockpit, R2D2 following close behind. By this point, Erlene and her quiet companion left leaving us to ourselves. Jar Jar disappeared somewhere on the ship leaving me, the cyborg and the senator alone.

Not wanting to once again experience the awkwardness of being with the senator, I headed to the cockpit to bother the fox. What was his name? I forgot to ask him. I can't just keep referring to him as 'fox' or 'Amaran' because that would be rude. Well, he deserves it anyway for being such a jerk but it can't hurt to know.

"Hey fox, what's your name?" I asked upon entering, going straight towards the other chair and taking it over completely.

"Tch. As if I'd tell you, brat."

"Name's Percy, not brat. Unless you want me to keep calling you fox, that's fine."

After a couple minutes of silence, the fox replied.

"My name's Cyrus Kiner. "

"Ok then Cyrus. I came here to tell you that it'll be hard to get to the Republic because of the blockade."

"I know. Boss sent me for a reason. I'm not called the best pilot of our organisation for nothing. We'll be fine."

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Time skip:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

"Didn't you say we would be fine?!!" I screamed, fearing for my life as Cyrus made another rough turn.

"You didn't tell me it would be this bad! And we are still fine. We're just taking a small and less dangerous detour," he replied making another sudden jerk to the side, avoiding incoming fire from the separatists.

"We'll be there in a couple of minutes, if we don't get hit by them that is."

"So optimistic," I grumbled. "I'll go check on the senator and the droids," I said turning around only to witness the small R2D2 droid hurtling towards me. My reflexes quickly took over and I used the force to grab a hold of the little droid before I became a human pancake. Gently setting it on the deck, I yelled at Cyrus

"Can you try and be a bit more careful. At this rate, we're more likely to die thanks to your flying than from the separatists."

"Just go sit down. We'll be there soon," Cyrus grumbled, making another of his violent turns.

It took me a couple of minutes to make it to where the senator was thanks to our pilot's flying.

By the time we got there, we had already arrived and landed in the hanger of the republic ship.

Cyrus quickly made his way towards us and we walked off of the small ship and towards Anakin who was waiting for us outside.
