**Jamie's pov**

"Jamie can you stop texting your boyfriend for a minute and come downstairs?" Xavier yells.

"Ok I'm coming!" I shout back. "And I am not texting Jace."

"Liar! Liar! Pants on fire your  is stuck to a telephone wire!" Was the response that echoed back.

Laughing I pick up my phone and say quickly, "Bye Jace, love you!"

"Love you too, Jamie. Speak to you later?" He asked.

"Of course, later!" I say, before hanging up the phone and running down the stairs to find all four of my family members sat in the living room, laughing at re-runs of only 'fools and horses'. Smiling at them I sit down on the couch, next to Xavier who shuffled lifted his legs for me to slide under, before resting them back on my lap. I look over at my parents who are snuggled together on the two seater couch, occasionally laughing at something that happened during one of the scenes and then i switch my eyes to Sam who is texting, whilst grinning down at her phone screen.  This instantly spiked my interest, who is she texting? And why is she so happy about it?

"So what did you need me for?" I ask, breaking the silence.

"Can we not just ask you to come downstairs without a reason anymore?" My mum asks innocently, I give her a look that says 'I'm not buying it'. "Fine, hunny turn the TV down, please."

My dad does as he's told and he and my mum sit up, which grabs the attention of Sam who finally looks up and puts her phone down. Seemingly seeing my parents serious faces, Xavier too sits up, slowly removing his legs off of my lap.

"Well we're umm, going to visit some family." Says Mum.

"Okay that's great, when do they get here?" Asks Sam, smiling.

"Umm that's the thing we're umm, going to see them." She paused, letting the news sink in. "Back in England."

"What!?" Sam yells, standing up from her chair so quickly she almost tripped.

"Calm down its only for 2 weeks." Reassures my dad, me and Xavier still haven't said anything. It's as if we're paralysed from shock. "It's your grandpa's birthday soon and we thought we'd go and surprise him."

"We're only going for two weeks, we're not going to stay forever right? I really like it here!" Panicked Sam.

"No, No hunny! We're going for two weeks and then coming home, back here." Laughs my Mum. "Now stop panicking and come here."

Sam does just that and quickly goes and squishes up to our mum. I open my mouth before closing it again and then repeat the action a couple more times. Before saying.

"So when do we leave?"

****

"You leave when?" Chase asks.

"Monday." I sigh.

"Monday?" Repeats Tommy.

"Monday." I nod.

I had invited Cameron, Tommy, Chase and Tio around to my house to help me figure out how to tell Jace I'll be leaving for 2 weeks. We are all currently in my room, me pacing back and forth, whilst the twins were sat on the edge of the bed and the other two boys were sat on pillows on my floor.

"Your going back to England." Says Tio, to himself, but I nod anyway.

"For two weeks."

"Two weeks." He mumbles. "That means two weeks without seeing yours or your dads face for a whole 14 days! Oh how will I survive!" He flops backwards onto my bed, with a loud and dramatic huff.

"Sorry."

"We'll miss you." Adds Cameron. "Wow, I've got used to having you around."

"Thank you?"

"Your welcome." He replies with a quick wave of his hand.

"Guys I called you here for a reason," I say loudly. "How do I tell Jace?"

"Just tell him."

"It's not like you're leaving forever."

"Your coming back."

"It's only two weeks, they'll fly by and you'll be home in no time."

"Yeah, Ok." I mumble. "Do I do it in person or over the phone?"

"Is that even a question!"

"You do it in person!"

"Face to face!"

"But say the mouth to mouth for later!"

"Eww Chase!"

"What we were all thinking it!" He shrugged, to which the other three boys nodded and high fives him.

"Guys, thanks for the help." I grin.

"Yeah well, where's our payment?" Tommy asks.

Rolling my eyes, I hand each of the four boys a packet of Oreos and skittles.

"There now, I need to go speak to Jace." I began walking towards my bedroom door, before turning to look at them. "Let yourselves out."

****

When I arrived next door and Jace let me inside, we went straight up to his room - as his mum and Alicia were out - where we laid on his bed and just cuddled together. That's where we still are - 3 hours later - at 5pm.

"So what did you want to talk about?" Jace asks.

"Huh? Oh yeah," I cough. "Umm, well I'm going to be seeing my family soon."

"Oh really? When do they get here?"

I turn over to face him and sigh. "Umm I'm going to see them, their - ahem - not coming to see us."

"Oh," He pauses and I see him calculating what I've said. "Oh."

"I'm going back to England." I see his face drop, before it hardens up. "No, no! I'm only going for two weeks! I'm coming back!"

His face relaxes and he lets out a breath, before grabbing me and pulling me into a tight hug.

"Never scare me like that again!"

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you panic. I just wanted to tell you." My voice is muffled by his cotton t-shirt.

"When do you leave?" He asks.

"Umm Monday."

"Monday?!"

"Yeah, I only found out this morning, I'm sorry."

"Stop apologising, it's okay." He laughs, finally letting me go. "I love you, you know."

"I love you too," I smile, giving him a quick kiss. "I should probably get going, it's getting late."

"Yeah, yeah, Ok." He chuckles. "Oh and I hope your not busy tomorrow."

"Umm, I don't think so why?"

"We're going on a date."
