Chapter #9: Scandal

At the mall...

"Babe, ano bang bibilhin mo?"

Vico asked.

"Damit lang, babe. Kung gusto mo, kain muna tyo?"

"Sige. Dun tyo sa Mc do."

"Sige, tara!"

I pulled Vico and we ran to Mc Donald's. He said he will find a table for us, so I waited in line. After getting our orders, I saw Raffa eating alone. I walked towards her and greeted her.

"Hey Raffa!"

"Oh. You again."

"Yes. Are you alone?"

"Umm, no. Kasama ko lang naman ung boyfriend ko, nag-CR lng si Alden."

"Oh, okay. Mamaya na lng ah?"

I waved goodbye and started walking away from her. But she stood up and pulled my hair back, and that made me drop all of our orders and she pulled me harder which made me slip. Everybody started taking videos and shot of what happend.

"Hindi pa tyo tapos, babae ka! Inaagaw mo sakin si Alden! Ninanakaw mo sakin ung fianće ko! Hayop ka! Bwiset ka, you will rott in hell! Fuck you!"

"Aray! Raffa, tama na!"

"Hindi ka pa nakuntento sa boyfriend mo! Ahas ka! Malandi ka!"

I burst into tears, then saw Vico running towards me.

"Guards! Ano ba?! Pigilan nyo ung babae oh!"

The guards finally stopped her. Vico saw me lying on the ground, he tried pulling me up but I fainted. He carried me and took me to the hospital, quickly. The next day, I woke up all alone. I guess he had to go to work. But then, I saw my friends. Valeen and Jerald.

"Maine! Oh my gosh! What happend?"

Valeen asked curiosly.

"Sino may gawa nito sayo, bessy? Tell me please!"

"I-I don't know."

"Val, eto oh. Maine, ikaw ba toh?"

Je showed me a video of the scandal that happend between me and Raffa.

"Shet. She's a bitch."

Val said.

"Ano bang ginawa mo, Maine?"

"I did nothing. I just greeted her and then she started the scandal."

"Baka may kinalaman dito si Alden."

"Big chances. Teka!"

Je recieved a text. Then came back.

"Si Den, nagtext, papunta na daw sya dito."

"Oh no... no..."

"Maine, he has to know. He has to know what happend, he needs to know what Raffa did to you, he needs to see what the girl he's supposed to marry is doing, he needs to know how dumb he is to fell in-love and marry a girl who did this to you."

"Pero ayaw ko, guys. Ayaw kong masaktan ulit si Alden."
