Dear Minister Bagnold,
It is with great pride that I tell you that the war is finally over. The reign of Voldemort has been vanquished and once again, good triumphed over evil. We may have lost some people on both sides on the way, but it is our duty to remember them for their sacrifices; Marlene McKinnon, Fabian Prewett, Dorcas Meadowes- all good men and women who simply fought for our right and survival.
But yet on the 31st of October, it has been declared that Lord Voldemort is dead. However we should not be ignorant of the sacrifice of two brave people who helped made this victory a reality, Lily and James Potter.
With this, I have assigned their son, Harry, to live with his relatives in Privet Drive.
