It's near Winter.
The temperature dropped drastically, hinting that Winter is coming soon. The guardians all worked together to make the safe house warmer. Chanyeol use a lot of his superpowers to warm the house up, by constantly feeding the fireplace with fire. Suho and Sehun were acting grumpy because it isn't their season for them to use their superpowers every day. Lay visits often to treat Baekhyun's wound, making sure that it heals up properly.
It has been three days since that incident and Baekhyun still hasn't woken up yet. Taeyeon grew even more worried, scared that he will never wake up again. But his shallow breathing assures her that he is still alive, just unconscious. Every night, she will stay by his side. She will hold his hand and fall asleep in the arm chair, so that when Baekhyun wakes up, she can be the first to know.
She realised how much she needs Baekhyun. She thought she has become independent and can do things by herself. But whenever she is training with Suho outside, her mind always wonder back to Baekhyun. She almost burned herself while cooking, because she got distracted by thinking about Baekhyun. She can't stop thinking about him and she's afraid that she has gone mad after that unfortunate incident.
It's another new day and Lay has came to visit again.
"Any progress?"He asked Taeyeon.
"No. He didn't move an inch."she said.
"He shouldn't be unconscious till now. He should wake up by now."Lay said.
"What happens if he doesn't wake up?"she asked.
"You don't wanna know."Lay muttered and started to perform his healing powers on Baekhyun. "It's better to think optimistic."he continued as Taeyeon frowned at the bad news.
"Is there anything else I can do to help him to get a quick recovery?"Taeyeon asked.
"There is nothing much to do. You can only accompany him and watch after him."Lay said, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder comfortingly. "I will leave you two in peace now. Bye."he said as he spun around to leave.
"Thank you again. Bye."she waved at him. Once Lay left, she went to the living room to join the others. She glanced around and noticed that one person is missing. "Where is Kyungsoo?"she asked them.
"Not sure. He left early this morning."Sehun replied.
"Weird. Is he meeting someone? Cause I remember that he told me that he's not going out today so that he can give me another cooking lesson."Taeyeon said, rubbing the back of her nape.
Suho just shrugged his shoulders in response.

"Why do you want to suddenly meet up here?"Kyungsoo asked Tao as they took a casual stroll through the forest. "I have to go back later because I promise-"he paused, he almost told Tao that there is a girl living with them. "I promised someone to give him cooking lessons."he continued, shoving his hands into his pockets.
"I just want to catch up with you."Tao said.
"If Baekhyun wasn't injured, all twelve of us can have a reunion dinner together. We didn't have one last time because you were captured."Kyungsoo said. "Anyways, do you think that there is mole among us?"Kyungsoo asked.
"What made you think that?"
"Oh you know. Someone leaked the information about us invading the storage room to the other side. Which leads to you getting captured."Kyungsoo said. "Baekhyun took it the worst. He was very upset when you got captured. We all thought you were dead."Kyungsoo continued.
