I had called Narla that night and asked her to look after Danni. She didn't question me at all. She just asked if I was going to be okay. I told her I was. The next person I needed to call was Yvette. I knew something was going to happen. After what Danni told me I felt something for her. I didn't feel bad for her. I felt like I needed to redeem her. Like I needed to give her that feeling back. I didn't know what her mum was capable of but with her and my brother around I couldn't risk her or anyone else getting hurt. This was my fight and I will die trying to win.
"Stranger," she greeted on the second ring.
"I need you to stay away from me for a couple days."
"Uh oh, is this the bail me out of jail call?" She asked, the workshop was in the background.
"Yes, so please stay away from me and look after Danni,"
"Danni huh? The shorty?"
"Yes,"
"The girl you're head over heels for?"
"I wouldn't say that," I mumbled, holding the bridge of my nose.
"But you like her?" She asked. The line was quiet.
"I do," I replied realizing that before I kept lying to myself saying that I didn't like her.
"Alright I will stay away, but I can't guarentee you won't stay away from me because I am irresistable,"
"Whatever you say," I laughed.
"Please be safe Andy because I didn't get that free meal yet, and I look forward to ordering the most expensive thing on that menu,"
"I know and I promise you'll get it,"
"I hold you to that,"
"Thank you for understanding,"
"My pleasure," she laughed. I was about to speak when a punch was sent across the back of my head. I dropped the phone and fell to the floor. I felt two sets of hands grab both of my arms.
"Let go of me," I yelled, pulling myself out of their arms. They were strong but I was stronger. I threw a punch across both of their faces. They both tried tackling me down but I dodged them, and ran towards the front door. I jumped a few steps before running into the familiar body.
"Sissy," he smirked, before punching me straight across the face. I went to get up but felt another hit, and once I fell down the remaining stairs, everything went black.

I opened my eyes to see myself in a dark room. The only light was coming through the small windows around the room. I looked myself up and down and noticed I was only in my underwear. I groaned when I saw my arms were tied by my wrists to the roof and I was dangling above the ground. I tried to break my wrists free but the chains were too tight. My shoulders were beginning to ache. How long had I been here? What kind of sick bastard is my brother. I saw someone walk through the doorway.
"Hello Andy," she smiled, standing in front of me.
"You are as strong as your brother said," She smirked, checking me out. I eyed her mum over, seeing she had a blade in her hands. Memories of Beatrice cutting me made me flinch.
"Don't like knives I see?" She laughed, walking towards me.
"I'm going to have some fun then aren't I?" She smirked, tracing the handle over the wounds that Beatrice left.
"What happened to the cocky smart ass girl that I got at the house yesterday?"
"She's still here," I breathed, looking into her eyes.
"Surely you have something to say,"
"I wouldn't waste my time on someone like you," I replied. Without hesitation, she scraped the knife against my stomach, from my right ribs to my left hip. She did it as slow and painfully as she could. I squinted my eyes, trying not to be weak.
"It's okay to scream Andy dear, it's only going to get worse," she smirked, placing her hand on my cheek.
"Why are you doing this?" I asked.
"Why? Because it's my job," she laughed, pacing around the room.
"Why would you want to do this?"
"Because I need money and this is a good paying job,"
"You'd think you'd care more about your own daughter than money," I obviously hit a nerve because she came over to me and grabbed my neck.
"You know nothing child," she spat, digging the knife into my hip.
"Enlighten me then," I breathed, feeling sweat rise over my skin.
"You see, I started this job because of my ungrateful husband. He thought it would be funny to cheat on me multiple times because I wasn't giving him enough attention,"
"Doesn't give you an excuse to neglect your own daughter,"
"I'd watch your mouth," she threatened, pressing the blade against my chest.
"He didn't know that I knew he was cheating. Dannielle was thirteen or fourteen, I don't care, but she was oblivious to it all. On our twenty-second anniversary I took him away for a trip. I had been working for these people for about three years. I didn't want an ungrateful bastard living in my life-"
"So you killed him?"
"Smart girl, but no. I din't kill him, I just initiated it," I shook my head at her. How could someone possibly do this?
"It was arranged to be a hit and run. Of course the driver hit his side of the car and I got out with minimal injuries. The driver of the car wanted do die so I gave him that opportunity,"
"You're disgusting," I laughed. She punched me across the face.
"I may be, but at least I get the job done," she smirked. I heard the door open and looked up to see Beatrice.
"Before you get the girl, I want you to show Andy here how she's made you feel," Danni's mum smiled, wrapping an arm around Beatrice.
"Don't go easy on her," she smiled, before turning and leaving us in the room.
"Hello sissy," he smirked, pulling a gun out of his pocket.
"This time you won't wake up,"
