There wasn't anything in this world that I didn't have. I had the house of my dreams, the perfect family, the quarterback role and a beautiful girlfriend. I was living the life of a prince. Everyone wished they were me and I don't blame them. I have money and I have the charisma. Being quarterback for the schools football team was easy. Being a part of the Howard family was easy. My parents owned three estates, wineries and half of this town. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
University tryouts are coming up soon and I want a sporting scholarship to the best university in the state. My parents want me to go to Penn State University, but I'm thinking bigger, more world class. I want to be a professional footballer. I want to be the best in the world and to earn the most out of every athlete.
Then there was Danni. In all of her glory, my beautiful girlfriend. She was shy and reserved but she was really smart. She was absolutely gorgeous. I don't know why she won't let me sleep with her though. She only kisses me. No make out sessions, nothing. We've been dating for three years and I haven't had sex with her yet. Maybe she's a wait to marriage kind of girl, but she makes me so eager to have her.
I headed through the school, people turned their heads in awe, watching the hall clear for me. I winked at a couple of the freshman girls who blushed over me. I couldn't blame them. I mean, these black locks and cinnamon brown eyes don't just pick up anyone. There had been a lot of girls who would throw themselves at me during high school. Before Danni I did sleep around a fair bit but that's besides the point. I was single and when a girl wants attention you have to give it to her. But since I've had Danni I've been pretty faithful to her even though other girls wanting sex from me was tempting, I managed to steer clear of them for her.
"Hey baby," I smiled, wrapping my arms around Danni's waist.
"Hey," she replied flatly, her friends smiling up at me.
"You guys are just the cutest!" Narla whined, leaning against the lockers.
"It's all her," I replied, placing a kiss on her cheek.
"But you're super hot Bea," Freya cooed, looking at me head to toe.
"What can I say? I have good genes," I smiled, feeling Danni loosen in my grip.
"I'm having a party at my place Friday night, you guys in?" Justine smiled, throwing her purse over her shoulder.
"I'd never miss an opportunity to party," I laughed.
"I'm good thanks," Danni replied, moving out of my arms.
"Why not?" I questioned, turning her around to face me.
"I need to study for my SAT's Beatrice. Unlike you, I can't get a scholarship," she replied harshly.
"Someone's got her monthly flow," I muttered under my breath, earning a slap on my arm.
"You're so annoying sometimes!" she sighed, walking away from me. I watched her shaking my head. If anyone was annoying, it's her. Constantly studying and not spending a single second with me.
"Don't worry about her Bea, she's top of every class," Freya smiled, placing her soft hand on my bicep. I flexed naturally under her touch, causing her raise an eyebrow at me.
"Well maybe I will go solo to the party," I smiled, causing her to giggle.
"I'll see you at eight," Justine smirked,
pulling Freya along with her."She's just stressed Beatrice," Narla sighed, looking away down the hall after her friends.
"She doesn't need to be,"
