There's Fireworks in My Heart

*Stevie's POV*

"Stevie! Stevie wake the hell up!!" My roommate and best friend - Kyla - yells in my ear.

"Dude! What the hell?! Don't do that!!"

"What? Oh, did I wake you from another one of your 'Ellie Dreams'"

"Maybe..."

"Get out of bed lazy ass! Her concert is tonight!" She yells walking back to her own bedroom.

Holy shit, it is tonight! I've been looking forward to Ellie's concert for months.

I get out of bed quickly and throw on a sweater. I walk out to the kitchen to find a cup of coffee waiting for me. I walk out into the living room of our apartment and sit next to Kyla on the couch.

"We need to go shopping! I have nothing to wear!" Kyla exclaims.

"Same, we can head out after I go for a run and then get ready."

I get up and walk to my bedroom. I change into my exercise clothes - short shorts and a sports bra. I pull my long dark brown hair up into a ponytail on top of my head. I walk out and open the front door.

"Be back in a bit!" I yell as I leave the apartment. I put my earbuds in my ears and turn on Ellie remixes, canceling out all the noise around me. I take my usual route, I see the same people every morning. I do get bored around here in Salt Lake City, but I do like it.

"I'm back! Are you getting ready?" I yell as soon as I walk in.

"Yea! I'm putting my makeup on!" Kyla yells from the bathroom.

We have to share a bathroom, but we are so comfortable with each other we have had no issues. I strip out of my clothes as I walk down the hall to the bathroom. I finally walk into the bathroom with nothing on. I slip my hair out of the ponytail and turn on the water.

"I'm getting in the shower."

"Huh? oh god! Hurry please!" she says turning away from me.

"I'm ready!" I yell grabbing my bag. I walk out into the living room where Kyla has been waiting for me. We head out and get into my car. I drive to the shopping center and we go in.

The entire time we shop I think of Ellie. What is she going to wear? Ellie is beyond beautiful and very sexy. I have honestly had a crush on her since I first heard of her. I cannot wait to watch her dance around and sing on that stage. I smile and giggle a little at my thoughts.

"Thinking of Ellie aka your dream lover?" Kyla says laughing at me.

"You know it babe!" I laugh.

"I bought so much shit!" I laugh throwing it all on the floor of my bedroom. We end up having a mini fashion show to decide what to wear.

"How long until the show starts?" Kyla asks me.

"Three hours..."

"Let's go! We can grab some food on the way."

We get back in my car and head out to the venue where she is going to play. I put in Halcyon Days and turn it up quite loud.

*Ellie's POV*

I arrived here yesterday, it's not my favorite place. It's small and nothing too interesting. There are things I do like about it here though. It's quiet and just chill.

This venue is really quite beautiful. Show starts in just under three hours. I'm taking my time to relax because I know tomorrow I will be gone. A new city, another show, and different fans.
