*Few weeks later*
*Ellie's POV*
Tonight is my last gig and I'm done touring for a while. I left Stevie back at the hotel - well she wanted to stay - she has been feeling poorly the last two days. I'm not sure if she is actually ill or just really homesick. I'm thinking the latter one.
I want to talk wedding plans with her. I'm ready now that I'm done touring. She will most likely want to get married somewhere in California. The only thing about having our wedding there is getting our families over there. Stevie's won't be to hard, but mine will have to travel a long way.
"Ellie, get up! You're on!" my manager yells through the door scaring me out of my thoughts.
I get up and walk out of the dressing room. I walk to the stage entrance and wait for a go. I run out on stage and grab the microphone and start singing my heart out, just like I do most nights.
*Stevie's POV*
I'm laying on the bed in this hotel room writing more music. By now I have far more songs than I need for my debut album. I love all the songs and they all have a special meaning to me.
Right as I close my song book and put it aside Ellie walks in the door.
"Hey." She smiles and puts her things down.
"Hi!" I run up and hug her. "how was the show?" I ask.
"It was good. I love touring, but I'm glad it's over. Come lay by me, we need to discuss some things." She says and I have a mini heart attack. What do we need to discuss?
I lay down facing her and she moves my hair away from my face. "Let's make wedding plans. I'm ready to marry you." She says and I feel relieved.
"I'm ready too." I smile.
We talk for hours about everything we want for our wedding day. We talked location, dresses, brides maids, best man, guest list, just everything that has to do with a wedding. Even though it won't take place for a couple months it's good to begin planning.
*Ellie's POV*
I've been planning a secret trip back to Utah then California for Stevie. I know she misses home and I know she misses spending a lot of time with me. And we haven't been able to spend a lot of time together since we were back in Utah. Stevie has no idea.
"Hey, you're going to hate me, but..." I approach her.
"I'll never hate you. But what?" She looks at me with concern.
"I have one more stop on tour." I say and look down trying not to give off hints that I'm lying.
"I thought you said it was over. And that we would be able to spend more time together. Ellie, I see you everyday, but I miss you!" She isn't very happy.
"I know.. But I have no control over it." I say.
"How long will it be?" She asks.
"A couple weeks..." I say and she looks really disappointed.
"Ellie, I don't know... I don't know if this is going to work out. I want to go home." She says and my heart breaks in two. I don't know if I can keep it a secret. She turns away from me and I can hear her cry softly.
I walk over to the side of her to see her playing with the ring on her left ring finger and tears dripping down her face. I grab her right hand and she looks at me.
"Stevie, it's going to be okay. I promise you if you go with me you will not be disappointed. We will get to spend all the time together. Just please, never say that again. I love you..." I say.
"I didn't mean it. I'm just disappointed. I love you." She says and wraps her arms around my waist. I wrap my arms around her neck and hug her tightly. "I'll go with you." She says quietly.

"Do you have all of your things packed?" I ask her from across the room.
"All of it?"
"Yes, all of it." I answer.
"Now I do." She says and I can hear her zipping up her bag.
She grabs both her suitcases and her back pack and walks down stairs and to the front door. She stands there waiting for me. We walk out the door and to the car. We load our bags and head to the airport.
"Where is everyone else?" She asks thinking if my crew.
"In a different plane." I answer.
"A private plane for the two of us?" She asks amused as we walk on the plane.
"Yes baby." I smile and set my back pack down. "Just you and I, a couple pilots and a couple flight attendants."
"Sweet." She says and plops down on a seat. "Do they serve drinks?" She asks.
"Yes, we do." The woman flight attendant says walking towards us.
She introduces herself and her partner and explains things to us. Stevie orders a drink and I do as well.
We sip on wine while the air plane takes off.
After Stevie has about six drinks she is out. As in asleep. I only had two drinks. I let her sleep for about an hour, then I get board.
"Stevie!" I yell sounding worried to wake her up.
"What?" She sits up and looks at me worried.
"It's an emergency! I need a cuddle buddy!"
"God Ellie, you scared me." She says and stands up.
She walks over to the bed that's in the plane. She lays down and gestures for me to join her. I get up and walk to her. I lay on her and she wraps her arms around me.
"How long is this flight any ways?" She asks.
"Few hours. It will be worth it though." I say. I got a private plane because I would have never been able to get her to believe it if we went on a public plane. They announce the destination a thousand times during the trip, and that's an obvious give away.
*
"We will be landing soon." the flight attendant announces.
Stevie sits up and looks out the window. "So, where are we?" She asks for the millionth time.
"Wait and see." I smirk.
"I don't like this game." She says.
"I do."
They open the airplane door and I walk out before Stevie. "It's so hot." I say.
"Ellie, where are we?" She asks at the top of the stairs looking around.
"Take a guess." I smile up at her. I continue walking down the stairs until I'm on the ground.
I grab her hand when she stands next to me. "Am I home?" She asks looking really confused.
"Yes." I smile at her...
