*Stevie's POV*
"Guess what I found!" my mom comes into the room holding up a big book. I know what that book is, it's the book with all the pictures of me growing up.
"No! Don't bring that out please!" I beg.
"Get over it, it's not even embarrassing." she says.
"Yes it is." I say and she takes a seat next to Ellie with the big book of embarrassment.
"Babe, why would you be embarassed? There's nothing I don't know about you." Ellie says.
"Except for the fact that I used to be a man." I joke.
"Oh Stevie!" My mom says not taking my joke. At least Ellie is laughing a little.
She opens the book and goes on telling every detail about every picture. Ellie keeps going "Awwww!"
"Oh no! that's embarrassing!" I shout and quickly cover the pages with my hands. "That one shows my butt and the other one I'm topless!" I explain.
"Like she hasn't seen your butt and boobs before." My mom says and moves my hands off the page. Ellie and I look at each other and start laughing. "Do you think I'm stupid? I know what you two do when you're alone." She says and we laugh even harder.
"Okay, continue. It can't get any worse." I laugh.
There is a story to every picture almost. I don't know how my mother remembers these things.
By the time we are done looking through the book we are on the floor laughing at each others jokes, mostly my mother's.
"Shit. What time is it?" My mom asks and stands up quickly. "I've got to go get the kids from school. I'll be right back." She says, grabs her keys and walks out the door.
"You were the cutest baby." Ellie says and plays with my hair.
"Naw." I say and lay my head on her shoulder.
"You were. Hopefully our kids will look like you as a baby." She says and I feel my face go red and so does hers. Kids? She wants kids? I'm not ready for that.
She leans in and kisses me to break the awkwardness. I go along with it. I move over and sit on her lap facing her. She grabs my face and pulls me in closer. Our lips move in synch and her tongue enters my mouth. We go on for a while only pausing for a few seconds at a time to catch our breath. I freeze when I hear the door open. We quickly take our hands off of each other and sit normally.
Everyone walks in the living room and we are still trying to catch our breath. "What have you two been doing?" My mom asks and I feel my face heat up again.
"Just got done doing our daily workout. You know like Yoga and stuff." I quickly answer and pretend to be stretching. I look over at Ellie to see her covering her mouth laughing. What a cutie.
"Sure. I'll believe it because the kids are here." She says and I let go of the strait face I was holding and burst out laughing.
I lay back into Ellie's lap and she leans over and kisses me.
"How was school?" I ask the twins.
"Good." Ella smiles.
"It sucked!" Max complains.
"Two different opinions I see. School is good for you, not the math part, but the rest of it is." I say. They laugh at me. I was being serious. All math class does is stress you out a shit ton then you end up never using it again in your life.

"You should pack up all of your stuff again." Ellie says to me.
"Ummm why?" I ask confused.
"Because we're leaving to California on the morning."
"Why?" I ask again. I thought we were staying here a while.
"I have quite the surprise set up for you..." She smiles and winks at me.
Oh gosh, what could it be?
