I guide Maysilee back to our spot. I would suggest we move, but one more day couldn’t hurt, could it. I lay her down and tucked her in her sleeping bag. She falls asleep instantly. I fall backwards out of shock because for a moment I saw Hollie instead of her. I shake the image out of my mind. I must be going insane. I fall fast asleep after that. I wake up earlier than Maysliee and go hunting. I grabbed the pack and left a knife for her. I caught a bird and a small squirrel while hunting. I was about to go back to our spot then I spot a deer. I get ready to throw my knife straight at the deer.  It will be  like a feast if I hit it. I get in my throwing pose watching the deer eat. “AHHH” hear someone scream, but luckily it’s not Maysilee’s scream. The deer runs away and I am left with very little. I curse under my breath and look for the deer again. A cannon goes off and the ground shakes. Earthquake. I stuff the dead animals in the pack and run towards Maysilee.

“Haymitch, HAMITCH!” I see she doesn’t everything packed and ready to go. I help her put the stuff in the pack, grab her hand and run. I tripped and fell hard on the ground. I got up and ran as fast as I can, but I was limping. The earthquake went towards me. I jumped out of the way once it came towards me. I barely made it when I saw the crack was getting bigger and deeper. I was now hanging off the edge. Maysilee came and try to pull me up. I can pull Maysilee up because I’m stronger than her, but also heavier than her. ”Come on Haymitch you’re going to fall. Try pushing up on the ledge.” She looked straight into my eyes like she’s thinking of a choice, but also sad and disappointed. I hope shes not going to let me go. Anyway she helped pull me up, grabbed my hand and started running.

“Where are we going” I asked.

“The mountains” she said without looking back at me.

“Wouldn’t we be crushed by rocks falling?”

“No look at the mountain” She points to the mountain. I look and see the mountain perfectly stable. This is the hunger games anything could happen. We found a hole in the mountain and went in it till the ground stopped shaking. Two more cannons went off 5 people left in the games. I opened the pack to the smell of dead animals. I pinched my nose and so did Maysilee. I grab some rocks and start making a fire. I looked up at Maysilee and saw her curled up in a ball looking at the ground. I was going to ask her if she was okay, but it might be better not to. After dinner I fell asleep with the same dream a girl dying by pink things and I’m too late to save her.  The next morning we finished the rest of the food before leaving. It was a disaster out there. The trees are all bent there is a lot of rocks around and… well everything is a mess. I don’t see anyone so we continue up the mountain search for I have no idea.

I didn’t know what to do. Should I go hunting or look for people to kill. Eh I don’t like that sentence it puts a bad taste in my mouth. I am at least surprised that I made it this far maybe I can win, but Maysilee comes first always. All we did when we got to the top of the mountain is talk about whatever just boring stuff you wouldn’t be into. Finally it was night and the fallen tributes were two careers. That means Amber is still alive. I was so hungry because we completely forgot about dinner and lunch. So we went hunting. We caught nothing in the hour. So we went decided to go back to sleep.

I am all alone now. Oh wait I haven’t told you what happened did I. Well I guess I can tell you. I woke up in the morning to see Maysilee was staring at the ground hunched up in a ball again. “What’s up” I asked scooting over to her. I don’t’ like to see her so sad. I don’t like to see her sad at all.

“Nothing just thinking.” That makes me frown. I get up and stretch out my hand.

“Come on lets hunt I’m starving.” She smiles and grabs my hand and off we go. We finally caught something after a while. I think most of the animals died in the earthquake. I saw Maysilee staring at the ground again after we ate. I couldn’t take it anymore I can’t see her sad.

“Maysilee what’s wrong. I can’t take it anymore that you’re sad” I told her.

“It’s no-“

“Don’t you say it’s nothing” I scowled at her. She bit her lip and looked down. She mumbled something, but not looking up. “What?” She looked up at me straight in the eye.

“Well… when the earthquake happened and you almost fell” she paused

“You’re going to kill me!” I sort of shouted

“What? No I would never do that. What I was going to say was that… I don’t think we should be allies anymore before you say anything I’ll tell you why. I almost saw you die and I can’t see you die so I think we should well... not be in an alliance.” I was so shocked I thought we were in this to the end. I was going to say no, but then I realized that I don’t want to see her die either. I nodded without looking at her. We both got up as we were about to leave then she ran at me and gave me a hug. I was shocked for a moment then hugged her back. I gave her the whole pack and a knife. I took the other knife and we left each other. I don’t know what to do, but I do know one thing  I love Maysilee.

For those of you who read the hunger games you know what going to happen next. I will write the original ending part one next and after that my ending part one of the games. I hope you like it I am very sorry I haven’t ubdated in a while I will updatet more fast to make it up so be bye my fellow hunger games fans. *bows*
