3- The Transfer Student.

It's him. It was really Taehyung. The boy who I shared half of my childhood with. The boy I missed so much. He's gotten so tall and his voice had become so deep. He was no longer a twig but had a good chest. A little muscular.

Wow! I couldn't believe Tae had grown so well! He was always known to be handsome even when we were children but he has gotten even more handsome. His jawline and face proportions looked unreal. He was beautiful.

I stared at him in awe and all these childhood memories came back to me.

The girls were squeaking and blushing. I don't blame them.

"Welcome to BigHit HIgh Kim Taehyung. I hope you'll try your best."

"Thank you."  He bowed.

"You may sit on the Empty chair near the window next to Ms.Kim Tae Rin."

I saw his eyes widened at the mention of my name. He looked surprised as he was coming. He sat.

He said "Hi"

I just nodded and gave him a slight smile.

I really don't know what to do or how to be around him anymore. Should I start the conversation? But he isn't either so why should I? He was the one who cut me off first. Ugh, I hold too many grudges and too much pride.

So we just sat there without talking to each other and listened to the lectures bla... Blaa... Bla... The bell rang finally.

Lunch Break.

I headed to the school cafeteria with Hilda and waited for our food. Taehyung instantly became the school's hot topic. No doubt. He already got proposals from our Seniors. People are fast!

Jimin appeared out of the blue as we sat down to eat our lunch.

Jimin: Mind if I sit with you guys?

Hilda was red and she became frozen again. I had to do something.

Mimi: Aren't you supposed to eat with Seulgi and her friends?

Jimin: Yeah but they are nowhere to be found and besides I wanted to eat with my new friend.

*He smiled*

Jimin has such an adorable smile.

"Well if it's okay with Hilda I'm cool with it." I said as I started digging in.

Hilda nodded and while we were enjoying our lunch,

"Hey Park Jimin! Why are you eating with those losers?"

Seulgi came and grabbed him. Totally ruining the mood.

"Seulgi! Don't you have manners at all!? Be quiet!" I glared at her. Completely annoyed.

She didn't stop there. "Hilda, Do you like my boyfriend that much?! Stay away from him!"

That was enough. I stood up and was about to throw my plate at her face but Jimin apologized and dragged her away.

"That Seulgi. I'll really destroy that bitch's face someday! I lost my appetite. Are you okay?"

Hilda looked like she was about to cry so I quickly went to the bathroom with her.

Taehyung's POV :

I chose to be transferred to BigHit high because I know it's where Mimi was attending. I missed her and lived with regrets for all these years and I wanted to see her so bad. I wanted to see how well she has grown.

I did a self-introduction today. The class seemed okay. I was seated next to Mimi. Whoa! What a coincidence. I wanted to give her a really really long hug and tell her how much I've missed her but I did not have the guts.

She has grown so well. Her hair was now long and wavy... She used to have a funny bob cut. She had grown a bit too. My shoulder length... Hmm, how was she able to protect me from the guys all those years haha... Everyone was scared of her. She wore contacts now... What an upgrade but I liked her with the specs she used to wear.

I sat next to her and there were so many things I wanted to say. So many things that happened in my life where she was not there to save me. But I kept quiet 'cause of all the guilt. I wonder if she hates me... She doesn't even say Hi back to me.

During lunchtime, I saw her defending Hilda again from some girl . She seemed really angry and almost threw a plate.

She has not changed at all... Still, the same feisty girl I once knew..
