I went home and to my surprise, Taehyung's Mom and Dad came over. They were discussing things with my Parents. Probably about work and kinds of stuff I guess.

Mimi: Hello Mr and Mrs.Kim.

"Our Mimi has grown so well!" Mr.Kim said as he gave me a hug.

Mrs.Kim: You've gotten very beautiful Mimi. Tell me, how's Tae doing at school?

Mimi: I guess he's doing good... Someone he knows from Daegu transferred today...

Just then Mr.Kim's expression changed. I felt like I have said something I shouldn't have...

Mr.Kim: Is it CEO Jung's daughter??

Mimi: I'm not sure. Her name was Jung Titina..?

Mr.Kim: Hyung, what should we do??

(I find it funny that having the same surname as Tae means both our Parent's names were Mr.and Mrs.Kim)

The atmosphere in the room changed at once. So I just quietly went up to my room. Why are there so many things I know nothing about?

My phone rang and it was Hilda.

Mimi: Hey stranger

Hilda: What stranger? Where were you today you didn't even wait for me after class?

Mimi: Sorry... I walked home.

Hilda: Everything alright? Wanna meet up?

Mimi: Yeah, I have lots to tell you.

Hilda: See you at D.O's cafe in 5!

D.O was glad to see us as always. We ordered the usual and sat outside and had a long chat. I told her everything that happened over the weekend and how Jung Titina's family is mysterious.

Hilda: I heard that Taehyung's father is in debt of CEO Jung's company. That's why his business went downhill. Dad told me the other day to be careful if his daughter transfers here. I tried to tell you but you went home without waiting for me. So many problems I just want to fangirl and sleep.

Mimi: But Tae looks pretty close to her.

Hilda: How would you know?

Mimi: He looked happy to see her today.

Hilda: Jealous?

Mimi: Are you stupid? What about Jimin? How are things going?

Hilda: You know... Just the usual... Texting and stuff.

Mimi: That's a progress.

Hilda: Have you and Tae sort things out?

Mimi: I don't know.. maybe. It's just that... There are so many parts of his life I know nothing about. I feel like there's this huge wall between us.

Hilda: It'll be better soon.. Just be a little more patient. Maybe he's not ready to tell you about them yet.

Mimi: I'm not even interested in knowing.

"There you go again." she scoffed.

"Let's go. It's getting late."

Meeting up with your best friend is always the best therapy.

Mom and Dad were having dinner when I reached home.

Mimi: Mom... You should have called.

Mom: I Did. Like a thousand times.

Mimi: Ah! I left my phone in my room. My bad.

She hit my head with a spoon.
