goodbyes and needle problems

Melody's POV

"you can make bets with Vulcan's?" I said. I had assumed that Vulcan's didn't bet.

"Usually you can't because it isn't logical but we have explained betting to spock and now he and bones bet every so often." kirk said. A few moments later a man in a red shirt came up to the captain and started to speak with a russian accent.

"Captain! Ve haf a vessage for vou in de enterprise. Se admirl says it is of importance se meeting has been changed to tonite." so after a few minutes the captain got up and said "Spock, Bones Scottie say your good byes and lets go back to the enterprise" I watched as Dr.McCoy and Scottie both waved and headed out after the captain. After a few moments Spock stood up and raised his hand in a Vulcan salute and said " live long and prosper, Captain Melody" and then he to left.

A few hours later

still melody's POV

I was sitting in the admirals office waiting to meet three of the enterprise crew I was surprised that they were late. After about 30 minutes we transported to the enterprise ship and were lead to the hospital wing by a crew man named Mr. Sulu where we were greeted by a very strange sight. Spock laying on one of the hospital beds and all but one arm strapped to the bed. The one arm not tied down had the sleeve pulled up and was being held down by captain kirk. Bones came in with a needle in one hand. As soon as spock seen the needle he began to try to pull his arm from jims grasp. It was then that the admiral said " what in the name of star fleet are you doing to Mr.Spock?"

" I am sorry admiral but we are trying to give spock his what are supposed to be annual needles but he always seems to figure out how to avoid them so we usually just drug him but I ran out of vulcan seditives and the head doctor wouldn't give me any so we had to catch this hob goblin and tie him down. Then call down jim to hold his arm down because the straps would stop ciculation-" bones said. Then spock cut in and said " I don't see how your potions will keep me healthy doctor" to which bones then yelled " oh just admit you are afraid of the needle you stubborn, green-blooded pointed eared hobgoblin!"

"I am not afraid of needles doctor that would imply that I had emotion which I do not. I just think that your concoctions and potions are illogical." spock said calmly. After a few more minutes of this I got tired of there argueing and I took the needle from the doctor stuck it in spock's arm and pushed in the button. Then handed it back to the doctor a stunned look on his face.
