Once they got to one of the rivers, they saw a blue plate surrounded by what looked like grass. They leaned in closer, and suddenly, they saw Walkappa's smiling face!

"Hey, Nate! What's up, dude?" The friendly, young kappa greeted.

"Doing great, Walkappa!" Nate cheerfully answered, giving his blue aquatic friend a high-five.

"You two know each other?" Logan asked.

"We go way back," Walkappa responded as he swam over to Logan and Molly, "The name's Walkappa, dudes! What are yours?"

"My name's Flurria," Flurria cheerfully answered, shaking the blue kappa's hand, "Nice to meet you."

Lonely gleefully sprang over and said very quickly, "Hi, I'm Lonely Wolf, and I've heard quite a few things about you kappas! OHMYGOSHICAN'TBELIEVEI'MTALKINGTOA-" and then Faux Kappa splashed water at the little wolf pup Yo-Kai. "That oughta help him cool it."

Whisper was visibly enthusiastic to say the least. Nate took a squealing, arm-flailing Whisper by the head, shoved him into his backpack, and asked, "So how have you guys been?"

  "Pretty well," Walkappa replied.

  "Good," Molly reacted.

Logan was too busy watching Nate, so Lonely Wolf nudged his human companion and asked, "Logan, aren't you gonna talk to our new friends?"

Logan briefly turned his head towards Walkappa and quietly mumbled, "Hi," before turning away. Walkappa put his wet little hand on Logan's back and asked, "Something keepin' you down, dude?"

"Well," Logan started, "I just kinda feel like..."

"Yeah?" Walkappa was both concerned and curious.

  "You know Molly?" Logan asked.

Walkappa nodded, and Logan continued, "Well, she seems awfully close to Nate, and..."

Walkappa mentally put the pieces together and asked, "Wait. Are you... Jealous that those two are hanging out?"

Logan blushed, turned away, and quietly uttered, "Yes."

Walkappa began gently tousling Logan's hair and reassured the young boy, "Look, bro. Just 'cause your friend's hanging out with a friend whom you've never even met, doesn't mean that she can't be with that friend. I mean, if you two are really friends, then you should both be free to hang out with your other friends."

Logan smiled and said quietly, "I guess."
