Chapter 10

 Feeling the dread getting worse she hugged her brother and then pulled back. "Eddie whatever happens, know that I love you brother" she says softly. She still kept a hold of Bill's hand, at least for now.

 Ben held beverly's hand. "Bev, I love you, always have always will" he whispers, finally being brave enough to tell her this.

 They came to a door and went inside, ready to destroy IT once and for all.

 "I love you, Lilly, you're the best girl friend I ever had." Eddie smiled at her, a tear running down his cheek.

 Beverly looked at him and gulped. She knew that he had a bit of a crush on her, then again, most of the guys did, even Bill before Lilly came into the picture. "I love you too, Ben..." she whispered, unsure of if he heard it or not, hopefully if he did they would all live from this outcome. She opened the door and stepped inside with the others following her carefully and standing their ground. 

 Ben smiled a small smile but became more serious once they followed Bev. After all they were going to fight IT.

 Richie had given them all hugs and kissed both girls' cheeks. "Good Luck everyone" he says.

 Lilly smiled, wiped away the tear gently and then became serious, almost overly so. She followed Beverley into IT's den. She looked weirded out a tiny bit by all the webs. When they came to the bit where they could see IT her eyes widened, It looked like a giant spider/scorpion thing. She was shaking but it couldn't fully be seen that she was.

 This was truly the most intense moment of the Losers' lives. More frightening that Beverly being left home alone with her psychotic father, more terrifying than the death of Eddie's father, more emotionally scarring that the death of Bill's younger brother. It was time to face IT, now or never.  

"Stay close." Bill gently advised.

 Beverly and Lilly stayed closer together as Eddie, Ben, and Richie were close. Bill saw them and quickly went to them. They divided by two, the only splitting up they would do. IT was truly a horrifying sight to see IT's true form. Beverly nearly swallowed her tongue.

 Eddie had sprayed it with his inhaler like he had when it was younger. That was to save Stan when younger, and again to try and weaken IT. After doing this Eddie let out an unfortunate scream, and he was being carried away. 

 "NO!" Beverly screamed. She then went after IT to get Eddie back, she was truly making a brave move, but no one knew if she would come out alive from it or not.

 Just before Eddie had been lifted up by it Lilly had warned them all against looking into IT's deadlights. She didn't know IT had heard her. So after it had picked up Eddie and the girls had moved to save him. IT had grabbed Lilly's shoulder and turned her around to stare at the deadlights. Once she was in the grip of it's deadlights IT started to squeeze Eddie where it held him.

 "Lilly, look out!" Bill cried as Lilly looked like she were about to be trapped.

 "LILLY, EDDIE!" Beverly screamed, tears streaming down her face.

 Ben, and Richie went to help but were also briefly caught in IT's deadlights. Along with Bill.

 Lilly didn't reply, having been caught in the deadlights' brightness. Her eyes were wide and her mouth slightly open, having been about to scream. She stood entranced by the light, her eyes slowly dulling a bit in colour.

 IT was still hurting Eddie, and a faint laughter that sounded like Pennywise was heard.

 After Beverly had shot the silver bit she could find IT threw Eddie down, screaming in pain, and scuttled away a bit.

 When Eddie was thrown Lilly had fallen too as she was in the way and so kind of caught him, a few tears slowly started to run down her cheeks. "E-Eddie," she breathes, sounding not all there.

 Richie and Ben rushed over to crowd around the two friends who were on the floor.

 "LILLY!" Bill sounded in understandable distress for his wife. He rushed over with Richie and Ben and saw Eddie and Lilly on the floor. "Are they okay?"

 "Shush, they're still breathing." Beverly said gently. "Lilly, Eddie, are you guys, okay?"

 Lilly once again didn't answer, her mind only able to focus on her 'brother' at the moment. "Eddie?" she repeats in a whisper.

 Eddie looked up and saw his friends. "I'm sorry guys... IT got me..." he whispers, before he went slowly limp, his breathing stopping. His eyes dulled completely.

 Lilly then fell silent, a couple of slow tears falling down her cheeks as Eddie passed away. She didn't make any moves except holding him still and slowly blinking. Her face went into a kind of blank look.

 Ben and Richie looked extremely sad. They then glanced to where IT scuttled off too. And we're ready for revenge. No one messed with even one if the group but here IT had killed two, hurt one and made Lilly end up like she had now become.

 "Eddie.... No..." Beverly's eyes itched with tears. She blinked and found herself crying. Beverly then went to Ben's open arms and cried on his shoulder that now one of their best friends was dead before their very eyes. 

 "Oh, no you don't!" Bill growled at IT, ready to take on the beast once and for all. Before they went off, Bill hugged Lilly and gently squeezed her hands as they were mourning the loss of Eddie. This madness neeeded to stop and it was up to Derry's Losers gang to do it. Could they all survive?
