I walked down the street when I saw a boy around my age run passed

He stopped, his breathing heavy

I walked over to him

'You okay?' I asked

He shook his head and pointed to the end of the road, where that creepy house was

'C-clown.' he stuttered

'Okay sit down, breathe...' I said

He sat down on the curb and I knelt in front of him

'take deep breaths, in and out.' I said and breathed with him

His breathing slowed down

'Im y/n what's your name?'

'E-Eddie' he said

'Okay Eddie, it's okay pal' I said and rubbed his back

'You must think im a freak.' he mumbled

'No, not at all. Is that what people say?' I frowned

He shrugged 'I have a lot of allergies and I have asthma. Henry and his friends always- '

'Henry? Is that the jerk who picks on Ben?'

He nodded 'You know Ben?'

I nodded 'he's a family friend. But Henry? There you go then; the guy clearly has mental issues. Stupid dick needs to get a grip. You have nothing wrong with you, don't ever feel ashamed because you have health problems okay?'

He nodded 'T-thank you'

I smiled 'take it easy next time.' I stood up but he stopped me

'Wait. Urm can I tell you something?' he said

I nodded 'sure?'

'Don't think i'm crazy okay? But I was walking down the street when I saw... this leper. He grabbed my pills and was running after me! Into that house. A-and there was a clown and- 'his breathing started to speed up again

'Hey hey, stop. Breathe, take it easy'

'the clown, wanted me to go with him.'

I frowned 'a clown?'

He nodded 'you don't believe me, do you?'

I nodded 'I do actually.'

His face lit up 'You do?'

'Of course, I do, we better get you home. we will talk more tomorrow?'

He nodded and e slowly walked home

We stopped at his house

'Thank you... for helping me.'

'No worries, remember what I said okay?'

He blushed and nodded

'You're cute when you blush.' I teased, which only made him blush more

'See you around Kaspbrak' I said and kissed his cheek
