I walked in my first class and sat down, I started twiddling my thumbs waiting for everyone else to turn up

"Urm hey! You are?" I looked up to see a middle-aged man stood there with books, who I'm guessing is the teacher

"Sorry I'm Y/n, the new student?" I asked

His face lit up "Ah yes! A newbie. Welcome to my class."

I heard loads of voices coming up and saw children piling into the classroom

"Okay okay settle down! I know 2 weeks till Christmas, it's a fun time but we still need to finish this paper so take your seats and we will get on with it. Then maybe, just maybe I'll let you all watch the end of gremlins." He said

"YES!" The kid next to me cheered

I looked over to see a boy with glasses on, beaming at what the teacher just said

He caught me looking and looked over

"Erm hey! I'm Richie, but people call me the stud." He said and held his hand out

"Yeah Richie no one calls you that. More like virgin toad face." The girl made a bubble with her chewing gum and turned around

The boy next to me, who I'm guessing is called Richie cowered down and didn't say anything else

"For the record you don't look like a toad." I whispered

He looked at me, and smiled

"Name is Richie." He said and held his hand out again

"Y/n, nice to meet you." I smiled and shook his hand

"So why did you move?" he asked

I shrugged "Something about my dad getting a job in town, 3rdtime we've moved now."

He nodded

"Right class, we have a new girl in town! Y/n, L/n so please be welcoming to her! She's just moved here and will be shadowing some of you until the next term" he said

"Urgh more losers to be around." The girl in front spoke again

"Ignore her, her dad is a pervert." He whispered

My eyes widened "What?"

He just nodded and focused his mind back on the class

The whole class was silent as everyone worked on their papers, the teacher told me to shadow people and ask them questions but I'm the new kid why would I want to give people reasons to get annoyed at me the moment I got here

I looked over to Richie every now and then to see he had his tongue slightly poking out which I'm guessing is his concentration face

He caught me looking and I quickly looked away

After what felt like hours of just staring at people working it as finally time to get out of there

I left class and bumped into the back of someone

"I-i-im sorry." I said and grabbed my books off the floor

"Erm no I am." I saw it was Richie, he got on his knees and helped me pick all my stuff off the floor

"Here" he smiled and passed it to me

"Erm thank you." I smiled

3 guys walked over "Hey Richie! Did you know Stanley is getting his dick cut off in 5 days? Like you did"

My eyes widened at what he said

Richie started to blush, and he turned to the boy

"Shut up Eddie."
