You have a fight - Eddie

I wrote this before going on a break so im not sure if ive posted it before..? but its not on here so here it is! 

I grabbed eddies hand, we were all in Ben's room looking at all the research he had on Derry

'You okay?' Eddie asked

I nodded 'Worried that's all.'

'same' he mumbled

I think we all knew Ben's research added up to something serious, there was something or someone taking these children and it scared me. Not for myself but for those around me

'Where's the wellhouse?' Bill asked

'Somewhere in town why?'

'N-nothing.' He said

After going through the research some more we decided we better get home before curfew

'See you tomorrow guys.' I said and waved everyone off, me and Eddie leaving together

Every night Eddie I insisted on walking him home, especially after everything that's going on

'You don't need to do this you know?' he said

I nodded 'I know... but I want to, make sure your safe.' I said

He sighed 'Shouldn't I be the one protecting you?'

I laughed 'it's fine Eddie.'

'Why is that funny? Do you think I can't protect you? Y/n im our boyfriend I should be the one waling you home, saving you. Not the other way around.' He said, his tone starting to rise

'Eddie... you are making a big deal out of nothing.'

'No im not! You're trying to make out im weak. I can look after myself! I already have 1 mother I don't need another!' he said

'Eddie- '

'Just leave it. Il walk myself.' He said, storming off ahead 'And don't bother following me!' he shouted, carrying on

I stood there for a second, seeing the boy walk away from me

We've never argued before, especially not like this. I was only trying to protect him I didn't think he would take it like this

I sighed, deciding to turn around an headed home

A few days passed, still not heard off Eddie

Bill got in touch saying he wanted us all to meet, he has some idea of what's going on in Derry

Grabbing my bike, I met up with the guys at Bills Garage

'Hey y/n, come see this.' Stan said

I walked over to see the map of Derry was stuck to the wall, whilst the projector was showing another

'l-look, that's where Georgie disappeared.' He said pointing to the map which marked 'Storm Drain'

'There's the iron works and the black spot. Everything where it happens, it's all connected to the sewers, and they all meet up at the- '

'Well house!' Ben interrupted

I quickly took a glance at Eddie, his face concentrating on the map

'That's that house on Neibolt street.' Stanley said

'You mean that creepy as house where all the junkies and hobos like to sleep?' Richie said

Eddie gasped for air, quickly taking a hit of his inhaler
