Chapter 11: Bloody Vision

3rd Person P.O.V.

Everyone just kind of stood there for a while.

Lou was beyond confused, Percy was anxious, and Annabeth didn't know what the frick she was going to do.

It hadn't even happened yet, but it was going to. And that is all that mattered.

"Well, this is awkward. I am just going to leave you all now. Catch you later.'".

When no one said anything, Lou took that as her cue to leave.

After she was gone, Percy growled "I'm going to rip his head off and sew it on backwards."

Perseus, you cannot do that yet. Let your powers grow stronger, then challenge him. You can kill him and become the alpha that you are destined to be.

Percy shook his head. Grumbling as he listened to the Fates. Annabeth looked weirded out as she could also hear what was said into his mind.

"Calm down Percy," she said, laying her hand across his bare chest, "if the Fates say to wait and build your powers then you should do it."

"Since when are you so compliant to the wishes of the gods?" Percy questioned, slightly concerned.

"Since the Fates brought us back together and started having good ideas."

"For once." he added.

"Very, very true Seaweed Brain. Very true." She said, kissing him on the lips.

"I just thought of something." Percy said, after they pulled away.

"What? My Seaweed Brain actually thinking?!?"

"Hey!"

Annabeth just laughed in response.

"Okay, seriously what is it?" she said.

"I've never seen your wolf."

She smirked at him, then shifted as slowly as wolf-humanly possible.

She was gorgeous. In Percy's opinion, she was Elysium in the woods, the breath in his lungs, the sun in the sky, the smell of cooking bacon in the campfire, basically perfection.

She was blonde, with gleaming silver eyes. The light shone in her fur, and she smelled like home. Not camp, but in the way that home is people and happiness, and blue cookies all rolled into one.

At that point his wolf forced him to change. All he could think was "mine. No one else gets her. She is mine forever. "

~~Line Break. Let it go. Can't hold the wolf back anymore. Let it go...~~

They woke up as the moon was rising, cuddled up next to each other to keep warm. They had basically just run around and fallen asleep after a while. Nothing major. However they did shift back and make out for a while in the middle of it all.

They woke up as wolves, both thinking how lucky they were. It was in that peaceful moment that they heard the screams.

Percy jolted, instantly realizing that the screams were coming from Lou, and not from that far away either.

He froze for a moment, disbelieving his incredibly sharp ears.

Then he realized he was being stupid, Lou needed him. He bolted to his sister, using wolf super speed, and was at his sister's side within moments.

He got there and realized that Gabriel was taking off Lou's clothing. No, forcing it off of her. He had covered her screams, but it was too late. Percy tackled the human to the ground, surprising the b@st@rd.

Percy tried to slash at his throat, but was stopped by some impenetrable force.

"Nice try, newb. But you can't hit me. I'm the Alpha," he said about as cockily as any person can say anything.

"I, Perseus Lookos Jackson, challenge my horrible, corrupted, dead Alpha Gabriel for the place of Alpha, as he has tried to sexually assault my sister and should no longer be allowed to rule what this pack can and cannot do." He growled out, barely containing his rage.

Thats when the rest of the pack got there, horrified looks on their faces as they realized what was happening.

At first, Gabe didn't look scared. He just stared into Percy's eyes confidently. When Percy held his gaze, and Gabe had to look away due to Percy's power, that's when he started worrying.

Gabe shifted, and scratched Percy across the face as he was recovering from the sudden size difference.

Percy winced, suddenly blind out of his left eye.

All he could see out of his right eye was red.

Before the other wolf could react, Percy had him pinned to the ground again, attempting to tear out his throat.

Percy was suddenly thrown back by some invisible hand punching him in the chest. Gabe just gloated.

"Ha! as if you could beat my power. I am the son of Nyx! I control everything about the night!"

At this point Percy was insanely tired of this prick's filthy attitude. He's not sure how he did it, really.

He was just so pissed.

Suddenly, Gabe was floating in the air, frozen. Percy's eyes were solid gold, switching to green and to silver occasionally. He was totally focused on Gabe.

That, and the fact that he was controlling the wolf's blood.

He released the wolf, suddenly tired, and showed the Alpha his fate.

Just after it was shown to him, it happened.

Percy ripped his disgusting head off, killing him instantly.

He then laid down, turning human again, slowly.

He registered a few things before blacking out.

He just killed Gabe.

He could control blood.

He was Alpha now.

Annabeth was next to him and Louisa was safe.

And he was blind out of his left eye.

Crap.

A/N: So, how was it? I know that its a few hours late depending upon location, but I UPDATED! Also, I'm sorry. I know that I suck at fight scenes. If anyone can help me with those, please do. That was painful to write.

Remember a few chapters ago when I was all excited for 900 reads? Well it is now at 5,500. (UPDATE: THANKS FOR 42K!) I am so over the moon right now. School gets out June 6th for me, and that is the last day of my finals. Please bear with my awful times updating until then. Thank you and lots of love (and natural sarcasm), WiseWolf826.
