Song- Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding (Cover)

3rd Person P.O.V.

It took Annabeth and Percy a full three days to get used to each other and fall deeply in love again.

During that time, Annabeth learned everything Percy had in his first few days-including the little fact about his new abilities.

She had to be honest, it kind of freaked her out a little bit. Okay, a lot. Especially being blessed by the fates.

But she couldn't help to feel he was hiding something. Not just from her, but from everyone.

She had known him and loved him for far too long to not notice that something was up with him.

He was avoiding any mention of the pack's Alpha Gabriel, although that may be due to the fact that the sawdust colored wolf quite obviously holds no power over Percy.

So, the first time that they actually got to be alone together she made him talk.

"Hey!" Percy responded offendedly once he was shoved into a boulder with quite a bit of force.

"Fess up, Seaweed Brain. What have you been hiding?"

"What are you talking about?" he asked a little too innocently.

Omega was smirking off to the side, watching their interaction smugly without their knowledge.

She snickered wickedly, sending a cold shiver down both Percy and Annabeth's spines.

"You two puppy lovers do realize that you can read each others minds, right?" she practically snickered.

"We CAN?!?" Annabeth yelled instinctively, and slightly hurt that her mate had not informed her of this significant fact.

"Yeah, we can. I would've mentioned it, but the thought kinda creeped me out."

"Please newb. Its just like breathing air, or in your case water I guess fish-wolf. It just feels right." She said, twirling her pitch black dagger in between her delicately battle hardened fingers expertly.

The red streaks in her blacker than night hair shone brightly in the light of the sun as she turned on her heel and flipped the locks over her shoulder self-righteously.

Annabeth splayed her hand across Percy's bare abdomen, not gently at all, forcing the air from his lungs.

"How do I read your mind?" she forcefully demanded.

"I have no idea." he stated.

Thats when Annabeth decided to become evil for a moment.

She smiled sweetly, her delicate golden curls dancing in the sun's matching rays. Her eyes sparkling with both love and demand, while her hand slowly traced the tattoos all over his chest with a gentle touch.

Percy shivered.

Annabeth's smile became more genuine, and she asked again.

"Sweetie, are you sure you don't know how to read my mind? Don't you want to hear my thoughts right now?" she stated, in a mildly seductive tone.

It was at that point that his wolf couldn't take it anymore and created the bond in her mind. Holding out had been hard work.

He had almost forgotten why he hadn't wanted to create this bond with her in the first place.

As soon as it happened, they both collapsed to the soft and lush grassy earth.

They both just laid there for a while, soaking up the other's thoughts.

Annabeth absentmindedly traced his markings, the markings that symbolized the rank in the pack that he should be. He had the most, meaning he was Alpha if he challenged Gabriel. (Yes, I changed his name. -WiseWolf826)

This she learned silently through his ADHD thoughts.

Not surprisingly, Annabeth's thoughts raced as quickly as Percy's jacked up mind.

"Aww!! You lovebirds are adorable." Percy's sister said in her distinctly British accent, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.

The couple jolted up, not expecting the company.

Lou just rolled her sparkling sea green eyes while sticking her hands in the pockets of her tight, ripped black skinny jeans.

"Omega sent me. Said I might have to break up a row. Figured you would work it out without my intrusion."

Percy was suddenly very stiff, remembering his sister about to get raped by her supposed mate.

His fear of approaching her about it due to her thin veil of trust and his sick feeling was enough to get Annabeth to notice his raging and loud thoughts.

She gasped at the horror of what she saw in Percy's mind, forever on repeat.

The twins may not have known about each other for long, but they were already nearly inseparable.

Which is why it was strange he hadn't killed Gabriel yet.

Lou just stared at Annabeth with an upturned coal eyebrow, while Annabeth was speechless trying to come up with any sort of plan for this awkward situation.

A/N: Okay, did you like the fluff? I know I liked the fluff. Ended with a cliffhanger for two reasons. One, because it gets more hype for the story and comments. Two its past 12:30 on a school night and I have exams soon. After which I should be able to make longer and more frequent updates. Sorry about that. I love ya'll so freakin much!!!! Sorry, I know I promised action but this chapter kinda wrote itself if you know what I mean. There will be a heck of a lot of fighting and action next chapter, don't worry. That's a swear on the Styx.
