(Skip ahead to four days til Christmas)

Katniss P.O.V.

"Baby, what are you doing up so late again?" Peeta asks me as he walks into the kitchen.

I look up at him and take a deep breath.

"I'm trying to get all of these presents wrapped up," I tell him.

"Honey, you have time."

"Four days "

"And I will help you," Peeta says as he walks over to me. "But there's no need for you to be up at all hours of the night. Come to bed."

"Peeta, we have triple the presents this year because now we have to buy for Rye, and it's his birthday."

"I know."

"I haven't even finished buying for them yet, Peeta. This is just a start."

"Katniss," Peeta says softly as he bends down beside of my chair. "This isn't supposed to be a stressful time. Relax."

"I'm sorry," I breathe out. "I'm just trying to make this year special for the kids."

Peeta smiles at me. "I don't think that you can get any more special than last year's Christmas."

I laugh a little. "Definitely not." Peeta holds his hands out for me, and I take them. He pulls me up out of the chair and wraps an arm around my waist.

"Listen," Peeta tells me. "Ellen's been wanting to watch the kids while Willow's out of school, so why don't we take then over there tomorrow? Then, me and you can get this all finished up. How's that sound?"

I smile at Peeta. "That sounds like a great idea," I say softly. Peeta smiles before softly kissing my lips.

"Let's go to bed now," Peeta says.

"I've got to get this mess cleaned up first so the kids won't see it in the morning."

"How about you go on to bed and I'll get this all put away."

"You can help me," I say. "That way it won't take as long."

"Okay," Peeta says as he nods his head at me.

After we get everything cleaned up and put away, Peeta and I head on up to bed. We lay down side by side, but I can't go to sleep because all I can think about is all I have to do in then next few days.

"Katniss, I can tell you're over thinking," Peeta says.

"Sorry," I sigh.

"Go to sleep. You can't do anything right now anyways."

"I can funis wrapping the presents," I say as I begin to get up out of bed again.

"Stop," Peeta says as he reaches over and grabs my wrist. "You'll be able to get everything done faster if you rest."

"I can't res-"

I don't get to finish my sentence. Peeta moves so he's leaning over me, and he presses his lips to mine. Peea gently pushes me down so I'm laying back down on the bed as his lips move against mine.

"Go to sleep," Peeta says breathlessly as he pulls back from me.

"Well, now I definitely won't be able to go to sleep," I tell Peeta as I smirk at him.

He chuckles. "If you got to sleep right now, we can continue this tomorrow when we get everything finished."

I smile at him. "That sounda like another great idea."
