Theirconcern became their worst fear as Gallade and Princess Gardevoir arrived tothe castle without finding neither the Witch nor her Spiritomb on the way. Formaking things worst, the lead of the royal guards was waiting for them with hisarmor on, his sword ready and a mad expression. Gallade tried to call for himbut he just pointed his sword at them in an aggressive way. "Stop right there! How you dare to show up here with the enemy after betraying your kingdom,Gallade!? I thought you had some honor! I thought you had good will!" He spokehis shocking words out loudly as a serious warning.

"Betray?! How dare you think that!? I would NEVER betray you!" Gallade felt offended, he was the most noble and loyal pokemon and everyone knew that. "Well, that's not what the Princess said! She appeared with her eyes filled with tears, all beaten up and with her clothes ripped, saying you convinced her to leave the castle and when both were at the forest, you and the evil witch's Gardevoir attacked her!" The guard pointed at the Princess. It was all a well-made lie by the Witch, they were too late. "But that's not true! I'm the real princess!" She tried to clarify but the guard could not understand her words and eventually ended up taking them as a threat. "You are a pokemon now, he cannot understand your words..." Gallade explained to her telepathically.

Just Gallade could clear the situation by using telepathy but the Guard would not believe his words. "Tell all the lies you want, Gallade. There is no way I could believe them. Therefore, for all your actions against this kingdom and in the name of Her Majesty, I exile you forever! Now, be gone! Before I have to kill you..." Shocked, Gallade was unsure on what to do. He just could not let the Witch take over the castle but he neither wanted to put the Princess in a risk nor to spill blood, less from someone like the lead guard who was close to him. It was better to leave. "We are leaving..." He turned to the Princess and then turn his back on the guard, before leaving peacefully.

Even if she wanted to do something about it, the Princess could not stay there, she had to stay with her knight and recognize it was a wise though frustrating decision, there were plenty of guards waiting for them inside. They had nowhere to go but back to the forest, where no one would find them. "We will triple the security for making sure you don't return!" The guard warned as both Gallade and Princess Gardevoir walked away. "I always thought you were better than this..." He whispered disappointed as he sadly saw how they slowly disappeared in the distance.
