"Gallade! Gallade!" A distant voice called for him in his sleep, as he slowly began to wake up. Gallade could feel that person shaking him, trying to wake him up, and recognized her voice. Gallade felt like if he was just waking up early in the morning after an exhausting day, he still felt tired, though it felt like something wrong was going on, he still thought they were at the castle. "Princess...? What's going on...?" He asked sleepy and sat down, rubbing his eyes because his view still was kind of blurry. "Oh, Gallade! You woke up! I was so worried! I thought I had lost you!" The Princess hugged Gallade right away with all her force and buried her face on his chest, not just because she was glad Gallade was alright but she wanted to hide something as well.

Confusion was all Gallade could feel until his view became clearer, looking the trees surrounding them made creeps run through his body as recent memories flowed through his mind. He remembered the picnic, the attack of Spiritomb and the Witch taking the Princess' appearance but beyond that point, he was in blank. Unsure on what had happened afterwards, he became worried about the Princess, after all, he had failed. "P-Princess! Are you ok?!" He looked down at her and even if he could see something different on her, he really could not say what. "I-I..." The voice of the Princess trembled, as if she was about to cry. "I d-don't know, I'm not m-myself anymore!" She cried out and tried to burry herself more on Gallade. She was so scared, would he be able to recognize her? If he did, would he still remain with her? After all, she, somehow, was not the princess any more.

Concerned about the answer, Gallade tried to take a better look at the Princess but she just would not let him. "P-Princess... Please, I need to see what is wrong with you..." He said concerned yet calm, trying to comfort her. "You would leave me..." Gallade was quite surprised. "Princess... why would you think something like that? I would not be able to do such a thing... You are important to me and will always be... Now, please... I desire to help you..." Gallade laid his hand on her cheek and tried to make her look at him. "Ok, Gallade..." The Princess doubted about him being able to help her but still, she slowly let Gallade look at her.

It was unbelievable, when Gallade could finally see her, his wide opened eyes could not express more surprise. The Princess was a human no longer, she had been turned into a pokemon, a beautiful Gardevoir. "P-Princess! You are a pokemon! What happened?!" He yelled with the same surprise his eyes reflected. "I-I don't know! I just remember that witch throwing a colorful fire at me and when I woke up I was like this!" With that, the Princess began crying, covering her face with her hands. She just desired for everything to be normal again.

Galladefelt bad for yelling to the Princess, it was not her fault at all, so hegrabbed her shoulder and when she felt his touch and looked at him with weteyes, he smiled and tried to say something nice in exchange

ThePrincess smile softly as Gallade gently cleaned away her tears and made herfeel everything would be alright. "Thanks..." She said softly and hugged himagain.
