Jenna's POV A week later "What do you wanna eat for dinner?" I ask Val after putting the twins to sleep. "I don't know, anything will do." He adds before being interrupted by one of the twin who was crying. Of course one of them crying at the top of her lungs woke up the other one. "Ugh! Can't we get a 10 minutes break at least!" I complain, walking to the nursery, Val behind me to grab the other one. I get Ayah out and sit down on the rocking chair before getting both my breast out. Once Ayah's comfortable, Val lay Aisha down in my other arm so she can eat while falling asleep too. "Are dumplings okay?" Val whispers to me, trying not to wake the twins up again. I nodded to answer him and he left to go make the dinner. Once again I put the twin to sleep and walk to the kitchen. "Smells good." I add, hugging Val from behind. "Anything for my lady." He says before handing me a bowl. I sit down at the table and he sits down right beside me. "Do you think we'll have a good night of sleep tonight ?" I tease him. "With 2 babies who are barely a month old? Nah." He answers. "Oh come on, they're not even that bad!" I say pushing him as a joke. "What have we done to deserve two beautiful, healthy baby girl ?" I ask him. "What have I done to deserve all three of you?" He adds, pushing one of my curl behind my ear. "Well, you've seduces me by being a gentleman and treating me like a queen and well the girls... I think you remember how they happened." I said smirking. "Was it in your old bathroom floor at your parents place or on the counter right there though ?" He asks pointing at the counter. "Honestly, I don't know. It was only few days apart, we can't really tell." I say before placing both our bowls in the dishwasher, Val then left to go take a shower. Once he was done, I took a shower too.
Val's POV "What are we watching ?" Jenna says, dropping on the spot on the couch next to me. She was wearing spandex shorts and one of my shirt. "Hey, you know that's my shirt right." I told her, joking. "Who cares, it's not like you're wearing it anyways. You're always shirtless." She adds, checking me out. And she was right once again, I was only wearing basketball shorts. I let a laugh out before pulling her closer to me. "Why don't you choose what we watch for tonight baby?" I ask her "I don't know and I don't care. I just want to relax, lying in your arms." She admitted, making herself comfortable. "Okay then..." I say, putting a Disney movie on. "No ! Not a Disney movie. Anything but Disney !" She says. "Why not ?" I ask. "We now have babies, Disney is the only thing we're gonna watch for the next like 10 years !" She says making me cringe at how much Disney movie we're going to watch. "You're right... What about a Christmas movie ? It's coming pretty quickly." I ask her. "Yes ! Put Four Christmases !" She says. "I thought you didn't care." I say teasing her. "Well I do now. Put it on !" She adds. I did as she said and we watched it.
The movie ended few minutes ago but I haven't moved yet. I know Jenna's asleep and I don't want to wake her up so I'm checking out my social medias. Scrolling down my Instagram feed, I see a picture off her and me about 3 years ago. After everything we went through, we did it. I look down at her and gently shake her shoulder. "Baby, time to go to bed." I told her before she stretched and walked to the bedroom.
Jenna's POV The morning after "Oh my god, I totally forgot about this !" I tell Peta, who's on the other end of the phone. " Yes, we'll be there in 15." I say before hanging up. "Be where ?" Val asks, walking in the kitchen with both the babies in his arms. "At your brother's." I say, helping him out by taking Aisha in my arms, walking back to the nursery to change her. "Why ?" He asked, following me. "See, you forgot it too ! It's thanksgiving and we promised to help !" I say, handing him a dress to put on Ayah. I change Aisha in the same dress as her sister and put them in their car seats. Once everything's done, we drive to Maks and Peta's place.
Later that night "Well hello there! You're both wide awake." I say, pulling the girls out of their car seats. The party was so fun but we decided to call it a night earlier to go to sleep. "Yup, you're both awake and we're both exhausted." Val says, leaning on top of the girls. Ayah reaches for my hand so I give it to her and she squeezes it. "Oh, you're strong baby." I say, before giving her a kiss on her cheek. I then walked to the nursery and got their onesies out before changing them. We then took them to our bed to play with them, since they were still playful. Val started to tickle Aisha's stomach and she cracked, filling the room with laughter. I was lucky enough to snap a picture. "Ah, I love you so frickin much, Aisha Ellie J. Chmerkovskiy, and same for you Ayah Elsie J. Chmerkovskiy." He say, putting a kiss on their foreheads. "And I love you too, Jenna Michelle Johnson..." he said, putting a kiss on my lips. "I love you more, Valentin Aleksandrovich Chmerkovskiy."
Once the twins were asleep, I changed into my Pj's and went to cuddle with Val. "So, did you like your day?" Val asked me, pulling me closer to his chest. I nodded. "Yeah. I got to spend it with the people I love the most. I couldn't ask for better. And plus, the food was amazing!" I said. "Yeah, I'm so thankful I have you in my life. You and both our beautiful, healthy baby girls." He said before kissing my forehead. "You're the love of my life Jenna. I love you so so much." He added. I pushed myself up so my lips could meet his. "I love you too, more than you could imagine." I said, before posting the picture I snapped earlier on Instagram.
