Jenna's POV 3 weeks have gone by since I gave birth to the twins and they're finally coming home with us today. The other good new is that it's the finals of DWTS tonight and Val's in it. Sadly, Val couldn't be with me when I picked up the twins because of dress rehearsal but as soon as I had them, I drove to the studios.
"Hi daddy !" I said as I walked toward Val with the car seats. He got up and ran to help me with one of them. "Hey babe" he said as he kissed me. Soon, we were circled by all of our friends, who wanted to hold the twins. "Oh. My. God. They're so fragile !" Lindsay whispered as I handed her Aisha. "Yeah. She is 5 pounds 3 ounces and Ayah is 4 pound 8 ounces! " I tell her. "How can you just had two babies and still look that good ! Like where's your baby fat ?" She asks me. I laughed and shrugged. "I don't know." I said shaking my head. We were interrupted by Ayah, in Alan's arm, who started to cry. "Did I hurt her ?" He asked, panicked. I shook my head and laughed at him. "No... she's probably just hungry." I said as I took her into my arms. I got a blanket out and sat down to breastfeed her. "My mom did this with Maddox when he was little." Weslie, Allison's daughter, said pulling me out of my thought. "Yes. Do you know why ?" I asked her. "Something like to feed it. I think." , "Yes that's right. It's called breastfeeding. When I was pregnant, I produced milk to be ready when they'll come out." I said explaining it to her. "Weslie ! Leave Jenna alone." Allison said, interrupting us. "Oh, she's not bothering. And plus, it looks like this little one is done anyways. " I say as I lift Ayah and make her burp. Weslie was watching every move I made, concerned. "Do you want to hold her ?" I ask. "Can I ?" She asks. "Of course ! Just sit down right here." I say as I point a chair next to me. "Okay there we go..." I whisper as I pass her my baby girl. Slowly, Ayah fell asleep in Weslie's arms as she rocked her. "Wow ! I know who to call if I need a babysitter !" I said joking. She smiled at me.
"There you go baby! All clean !" I say as I put the diaper in the trash can. I walk to the stroller and put them in. "Come on now, we're gonna go see if Daddy's winning !" I add as I walk to the grove. I've watched the whole show on TV from Val's trailer and now they're announcing the winner so I decided to go and cheer up a little for my man. I stay down the stairs with the stroller, far enough to not hurt the babies ear, but close enough to see Val win it all. While Tom was talking, Val turned his head and winked at me. "I love you." I mouthed before blowing him a kiss. "The winner of the 26th season of Dancing with the stars are..." Tom says before pausing, killing all of us with suspens. "...REESE AND VAL !" I let out a scream and start to jump. I wanted to run and kiss him but I had to watch the twins. I feel somebody tapping on my shoulder so I turn and see Sam (Lindsay's husband), behind me. "I'll watch your girls. Go!" He tells me pointing the stage. "Thank you!" I said, hugging him, before running on the stage. I jumped into Val's arm and kissed him. "Congrats babe!" I said, still in his arms. "Where are the girls?" He asked me. "Sam is watching them."
Val's POV "And we're home..." I say as I pull into our drive way. I told the producers that I couldn't go to GMA tomorrow because I wanted some family time. I look over to find that Jenna's asleep along with the twins. I silently get out and grab both car seats before putting changing the twins diapers and putting in their pjs for the night. I carefully but them in their cribs and run back to the car to get Jenna out. I unbuckle her seat belt and carry her bridal style to our room. I get her makeup wipes out and start to remove her makeup. She flinched a little but did not wake up. Then, I get one of my shirts out along with a pair of panties and changed her. One last time, I get to the car and grab my mirror ball out of the trunk and put it on the table for the night. I walk to the bedroom and change into some basketball short before joining Jenna in bed. She wakes up and start to look around, confused. "We're home babe. I already changed the girls diapers and I put them into pjs, I removed your makeup and got you into my shirt. You can sleep." I say before she could. "Babe, you should've wake me up..." she says cuddling into me. "I told you I would carry all three of you!" I say rubbing her back. Not long after, we fell asleep.
The twins didn't woke up often during the night, which is quite amazing. I got up at 6:37 and made breakfast for Jenna and I. Few minutes later, one of the girl started to cry and woke up the other one. I heard Jenna walking to the nursery and she walked back in the kitchen with Ayah and putted her in the baby suite before returning to get Aisha. She breastfed them and they fell back asleep. I snapped a picture and posted it on Instagram. "Do even know how much I love you Jenna Michelle Johnson?" I tell her as I admire her. She smiles at me at kisses the top of my head. "Half as much as I love you." , "Nope, twice as much as you love me." I answered. I couldn't dream of a better life.
