Chapter 8 (Amusement Park)

The full team had entered the park now. You were surprised that all of them were there, even Tsukishima who didn't seem too excited, and Shimizu who seemed to not be the type of liking amusement parks. Nevertheless, you were very happy and thanked every one.

"Where shall we go first?" Tanaka asked, while the others thought, looking at the park's map. "Let's go to the roller coaster!" Hinata exclaimed. He looked very excited as he pointed toward the position of the roller coaster. Daichi laughed at Hinata's childish behavior. "Okay, let's go then". As you all walked looking for the roller coaster, you noticed Nishinoya a bit distant from the rest, staring at the morning sky. "What are you thinking about, Nishinoya?" you said, looking at him. He turned to you and blushed a little. "What?" you said giggling, noticing his blush. "O-Oh, nothing" Actually, he had been thinking. A lot. Ever since the day he met you and walked you home, ever since that smile you gave him, he had been feeling different. At first, he thought it was because you were a girl, and he wasn't very good at talking to girls, so he was nervous. But it happened every time he saw you from afar, or when he thought of you. He didn't know what was happening to him. At first, he suddenly asked you to go out only the two of you, so it was supposed to be a date. He had conflicted feelings toward his mates. He felt upset because they ruined the 'only the two of you', but then he felt relieved because he was too nervous to be alone with you all the day. It seemed like the team thought that he had a crush on you, but he honestly didn't know. You two have only know each others for a week. He surely enjoyed you presence, though.

"Let's go, let's go!" Hinata yelled, hurrying all the team. The seats on the roller coaster were in pairs, so you needed to find someone to sit with. "Kiyoko-san, can I sit with you?" you asked her. "Sorry (Y/N)-chan" she said, as Sugawara appeared next to her. "She is sitting with me, why don't you ask Nishinoya? I think he doesn't have a partner either." you turned to look at Nishinoya, who was being rejected by Asahi, that was sitting with Daichi. "Nishinoya-san! Sit with me!" Hinata shouted enthusiastically as he ran towards the shorter boy, but was caught by Kageyama, who gave him a death glare and pushed him to sit with him. Nishinoya was confused, as well as you, and he turned to sit next to you. The team smiling at you two.

The ride was fun. You kept shouting because of the speed and laughing when you heard Nishinoya screaming too. You swore you heard Tsukishima, who was sitting on the seats behind you, yell a bit on a moment. This fact made you laugh even more.

When it was over, all of you took off your security belt and left. Hinata was already dizzy, clinging onto Kageyama to not fall. Once you were outside, deciding where to go next, you turned to Nishinoya and whispered to him that you heard Tsukishima screaming. He burst into laughter. You also noticed the blonde boy giving you a death glare from afar.

You all tried some more attractions that seemed thrilling, and then you decided to take a break. The team went to a food stand and sit on the benches around there, some of them still dizzy. Nishinoya told you to accompany him to the stand and bought you an ice cream, saying he was a good senpai. But once you two turned around to join the team again, they were all gone.

"Where are they?" you asked, searching for them. Nishinoya saw you, walking around hoping to see any of them, as he blushed once again. 'Why am I blushing so much lately?' he asked himself, then shook his head furiously trying to get rid of the heat. "I don't know, let's look around here a bit" he said, tapping your shoulder. "And eat your ice cream, it's melting" he added pointing at your untouched ice cream, while he had already eaten half of his. You gasped, quickly licking the melt ice cream.

Nishinoya's phone rang, signaling that he had received a message. He took his phone out and checked it, surprised of the sender. "It's a message from Tanaka. He say that they are next to the haunted house" he informed you. "Okay, then let's go there" you said, taking the lead.

You had already finished your ice cream when Nishinoya and you finally got to the haunted house. The building didn't seem too scary from outside, it was a simple wood house but there were spider's web on every corner and some glasses were broken. However, you had to admit it, the house was huge.

You looked around, but you still didn't see the team. "They should be inside" Nishinoya said, peeking a little inside the house. A sudden silhouette appeared behind you and you felt someone's arm grabbing you from your shoulders and pushing you both inside the house. You turned around and saw it was Tanaka.

"Guys, we were looking for you!" He said with an exhausted tone "You were the ones that suddenly disappear!" Nishinoya replied him, only earning a smirk from Tanaka. "Anyways, the rest went inside so we should as well" he concluded, closing the door so you couldn't scape. "W-wait Tanaka, I'll wait for you outside" you quickly said, aiming for the knob on the door, but it was blocked by Tanaka.

"No, (Y/N)-san, we all have to go inside, otherwise it would be no fun" he said sounding obvious. It's not that you were scared easily, but the spiders on the corners and the screams that were coming from inside didn't really put you on ease. "Don't tell me,... Are you scared (Y/N)-san?" Tanaka laughed in a teasing mode. However, that made you change your mind. "Of course I am not scared, let's go inside already, pussies" you said on a manly voice, determined to go inside as you walked ahead. The two boys looked at you, and then at each others, with blank expressions.
