Cassidy
I woke up with an ached back and had absolutely no idea where I was. I sat up slowly taking in my surroundings and appearance. My clothes were soaking wet and I smelled gross and everything was dark out. Well considering that I was wearing sunglasses. They weren't mine. I don't even know where they came from.
I took them off and got taken back by the brightness of the, well sky. I groaned shutting my eyes and laying back down on hard cement. I think I was in a parking lot of some sort. I slid the glasses back on and dialed my emergency number.
"Hey, what's up?" Ashton answered nonchalantly.
"Ash, find me. I don't know where I am, my head hurts like hell, and I feel gross." I groaned.
"How did this even happen?" He asked.
"Well I wanted to drink so I went home and there was a party. So I took a bottle of something and I saw Danny on my way out and he drove me around. Next thing I know I'm here laying in some parking lot drenched in something. I smell like trash and I feel like shit."
"Okay listen, I'm getting in the car now. I want you to describe what you see." He told me and I sat up and described what I saw.
"Well there's a diner across the street. And a road and some trees." I told him.
"So specific... What's the diner's name?" He asked sighing. I bet he was pulling at his hair.
"It just says diner. You know what? I'll walk down the road and just hitch a ride with someone." I said standing up and going to the road sticking my thumb out like they do in the movies. It works all the time.
"Cass, no. Go into the diner and ask for their address. You're going to get raped or something trying to catch a ride." He sounded angry. I didn't care. He needs to chill sometimes.
"No, I'll be fine. Look see, someone is pulling over now. Bye Ashton!" I said as a black car pulled over.
"Cass! Listen to me, don't get in tha-" I hung up. I knew I would be lectured by him later.
The black tinted window rolled down and the man leaned foward.
"Cassandra." He said sternly.
"Oh fuck you." I turned and began walking away. I was not dealing with this bastard today.
"Young lady. Get in this car now." He shouted driving at my pace.
"Who the hell do you think you are!? You don't even know your own daugther's name. Don't think for one second I'm getting in a car with you." I yelled back at the asshole that was my father.
"What do you think you're doing?" He said getting out his car and catching up to me. He yanked me by my wrist in his direction.
"Oh you know, looking foward to giving some guy a good time. Twenty bucks an hour. Groupies get a discount." I smirked knowing he'd get pissed.
"Like hell you are. You're getting in that car right now." He said, nostrils flaring and face red.
"No. I'm 18, I'll do what I want." I said pulling myself away from him.
"Jesus Christ. You stink of booze. Are you drunk?" He said grabbing me tightly by my arm again.
"Cass!" Another voice yelled. I turned to see Ashton running out of his car towards us.
"Ash!" I smiled pushing my dad away and hugging Ashton tightly. He smelled really good. I missed him. I hurt him so much yet he always puts up with me. Bless him.
"What's going on?" He asked looking down at me. His face was full of concern, especially when he looked behind me and saw my fath- well that man.
"Cass, get in the car." Ashton told me sternly and I nodded heading towards the car. I looked back to Ashton who was telling that man something.
I got in the car and a few mintues later the man who was once my father drove off and Ashton got in.
"Are you okay?" He asked me quietly.
"Yeah. Are you?" I asked and his jaw clenched and he turned to me.
"No. Cassidy, we need to talk." He said in a tone that scared me. Those four words scared me...
We need to talk...
(A/N- HELLLLOOOO. Um well you met Cass' father! Oooh what does Ashton want to talk about??? Really, I don't know. I just wrote this off the top of my head so yeah! I doubt anybody reads these things anymore but thanks for anybody reading my story. That would be you Magitha... But vote and comment, please. Because guys, honestly, this vote game ain't strong. I legit have like a vote for each chapter. Is this book bad? Should I quite writing it???) {OH and listen to fetus Ashton singing Ordinary People by John Legend in the video on the side.
