Cassidy
{ spent most of the next day with Ashton in his hospital bed. We played games, talked, and even just laid there in silence.
Ashton would doze off many times because of his medicines they gave him so he needed rest.
The boys woke up earlier and came in along side of a doctor that had asked me to leave so they could do some tests. I was going to complain but Ashton only smiled so the boys took me down to the cafeteria to get some breakfast.
By this time it was 5pm and the boys interrupted me and Ashton.
"Cass, we're going to take you home so you can shower. Let Ashton rest. He'll be here in the morning." Calum said and I felt upset. I didn't want to leave him.
"Fine. I'll meet you guys at the car. I just want to say goodbye." I nodded at them and they waved goodbye and Michael placed a sloppy kiss on Ashton's cheek.
"Bye honey!" Michael blew kisses shutting the door behind his as he left.
"I don't want to leave." I frowned and Ashton only smiled.
"It'll be fine. Look, I'm leaving the day after tomorrow. But I need you to do something for me." He reached over and grabbed my hand.
"Anything. What is it?"
"Go on a date with me. Friday night." He said and it wasn't a question.
""I'd love to do that. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" I leaned over the hospital bed and hugged him.
"Okay." He nodded giving me a sloppy kiss on the cheek just like Mike had f=given him. I scrunched up my nose in disgust as I wiped my cheek.
"Bye Ash." I laughed and as I was halfway out the door Ashton shouted.
"Hey!" I turned. "Bye honey." He blew a kiss at me, mimicking what Michael had done and I blew a kiss back at him as I shut the door.
I guess I was going on a date with my best friend.
(A/N- Sorry this is severely short. But when aren't my chapters short? I'll work on making them progressively longer and editing them all this summer so they're more detailed and whatnot. BUT on a good note, school's out and I'm officially a freshman. No more middle school. Hell yeah! I guess none of you read these honestly but who's heard the Don't Stop EP? That is the craic. I love Wrapped Around Your Finger. Song is to the side if you haven't heard it. And guess what? Idk if I've told you guys yet but there will be a sequel to this. But I can't tell anything about it just yet.
