Chapter 1

Alexya's POV:

My mom pulled up near the curb of the entrance to the studio. It wasn't the first time I was in a set so she had no problem finding the way. There was a huge billboard on the building as we pulled up and in big bold letters it said JESSIE. There were other shows that filmed at this studio but their sets were in different areas. I opened the car door but before I got out my mother looked at me. "Lex, where ever you go you are a star, these kids have been on this show since season 1, but it doesn't mean they are any better than you honey. I'll be back at 3 to pick you up" she said then kissed me on the forehead. "Ok I can take it from here mom," I smiled. I opened the double doors to the studio. Everything around me was so decorated. I was so distracted I didn't even know that the decoration was for me until I saw a banner that said "Welcome Alexya To The Disney Channel Family." But where was the JESSIE set? "Are you Alexya Jenners?" A voice behind me says. I turn around and see a middle aged brunette man smiling at me. "Uh yea, do you know where my set is?" I ask. The man burst out laughing and eventually about 12 people come out from either under tables or behind curtains. "We were actually trying to surprise you but we didn't hear you come in and we weren't expecting you to look like this. But my names Peyton, I'm an actress on the show," a blonde girl says as she dusts off her skirt from hiding on the ground under a table. "I'm Jeff the Director," the middle aged man says to me. Feeling slightly insulted I shake both of their hands. What did Peyton mean when she didn't think I would look like that?

After shaking so many peoples hands, Jeff looks around the room. "Where's Cameron and Karan?" He asks. I'm guessing he was asking everyone bc he never look specifically at someone. "I told them to fix up the living room set" the producer announces. "Go get them!! We have a new member to the Disney channel family, she needs to feel welcomed!!" Jeff replied in an almost angry tone. As welcomed as I felt, it would be a little weird to meet the guy that you are supposed to act like you are in love with... "Where's the bathroom?" I looked over to ask Peyton. "Well we all have dressing rooms, but for now until yours is ready you will be using the first door on your left," Peyton smiled. I nod/smiled at her. I started to walk down the hall but suddenly a figure crashed crashed into me knocking me down right on the ground and had ended up trampled on top of me. I looked up to see who/what had fallen on me and then...
