Chapter Thirty One - Waddup Simon?

As we walked out all we saw where masses and masses of fans - pretty similar to the ones the boys were greeted with when they went to Australia.

"This is what One Direction are greeted with!" Dylan whispered, laughing.

"Yup! Madness!" I laughed.

"You used to fan girl to S-Club 7!" Dylan winked.

"Oh come on that was S-Club 7 they were legends who totally rocked! Remember when we went to their concert and people thought you were gay?" I said.

"How could I forget?! The amount of trouble we got for sneaking out and impersonating gay, then finding out there was a gay man next to me!" Dylan laughed.

"I guess we did have some good times." I smiled as I slowly grabbed grip onto his hand.

"We sure did." Dylan squeezed my hand. It was comforting. I definitely needed comforting with all this chaos.

"So what is this SyCall?" Dylan asked confused.

"Oh it's totally awesome. It's a new product Simon Cowell is launching but we've been testing it out. Basically you get this app for your phone and it's kind of like calling the person through wifi or 3G but you don't speak." I began to explain.

"You don't speak?" Dylan asked even more confused.

"Nope. It picks up your thoughts. You see this chip, I have one placed in my ear as do all the boys, that allows us to hear each other’s thoughts when we're speaking, but instead of saying it aloud we say it through our mind and there’s also a little speaker that allows us to hear what's going on. So for example when the boys where touring I wanted to hear the screams so they turned the mike on and I could hear it. Totally awesome. There's also a camera which you flip open and we can see each other and things around us. The best thing about all this is, it’s camouflaged, so nobody sees it. The only disadvantage is that when the boys say something hilarious and I'm in public I burst out laughing! It works well as their always travelling so it kind of feels I'm with them sometimes." I explained.

"So does that mean they can hear every single thought?" 

"No. There’s a mute button. So the mute button means we can't hear each other’s thoughts."

"Oh right. That's one cool gadget." Dylan smiled impressed.

My phone went off. "See their trying to call me through a joint conversation which I will now answer."

"What are they saying?"

"Their explaining the chaos, but their trying to run away from it."

"Oh security is out now. They'll probably be like half an hour yet." I said as I released Dylan's hand.

"Shit." Dylan swore as he switched his phone on.

"What's happened?"

"Brooklyn stuck in traffic."

"Crap. I can't wait! I have tons to do all day! Cab?" I suggested.

"Yeah that's cool. It will be quicker than calling another friend." Dylan said as he tried to stop a taxi.
