Lizzy's POV
Zach's House
*continuation*

I just had my first kiss with Zach Herron

We both pull away and he caresses my cheek. He smiles and I smile back. "That was a good present" he laughs. "Well thanks" he replies. "I'm sorry if you don't like me back" He says looking down. He likes me?! "I-I like you too Zach." He looks up and smiles. He hugs me and I hug back "I missed you so much!" I say. "Me too Lizzy".

I sigh realizing my mom has a night shift again. "You okay?" I shake my head "my mom isn't gonna be home for Christmas. She has night shifts at the hospital." He holds my hand for comfort. "Well this is second home. Spend it with us" Mrs. Herron says walking in. I smile and hug her "thank you mama." She kisses my cheek.

Me and Reese are hanging out looking at the Christmas tree. That is In the corner by the fireplace. "I'm cold." Reese shivers. "Here let me help you" I say and hug her tightly and shake her. "This good enough?" She laughs loudly. "Yes!" I hug her again and we watch "Santa Hunters" on the TV.

Half way through the movie, I look at Reese and see that she is sleeping. I am tired too actually. My eyes start to get heavy, I lean my head on hers and I close my eyes. I feel someone walk near us "Awee. Zachary! Look." I hear someone say. Someone walks over and they say "That's cute mom" Zach says. "Get a blanket." She says. I feel a blanket draped over me and Reese and I feel someone cuddle next to me. They whisper "I know your not fully asleep yet, but I just wanted to say merry Christmas and I love you" Zach says.

Next Morning.

I wake up on sleeping now on my side on  Zach's lap with Reese in my arms. I see Mrs. Herron "morning sweetie" she says and I smile "morning. Can you help me?" I Point at Reese. She laughs and picks Reese up slowly. I get up quick and she puts her back on Zach. He shuffles around and lays down with Reese in the same position as she was with me. "Merry Christmas!" I say to her. "Merry Christmas!"
