We are at star labs and we are all goofing around then we hear the alarm.
"What is it?" I ask running over.
"Captain cold is at the towns freezer" Cisco says rolling his eyes.
"On it" Daniel and I say.
We run to our suits and run off

We get to the towns freezer and we walk in and see Captain cold freezing everything.
"Hey!" Daniel yells.
"Well Lookie lookie isn't it the flash and Lizzy Quick" he says flinging around his cold gun
"I've delt with you once, now what do you want this time?" I say crossing my arms
(We are standing like in the picture)
"To freeze the pipelines" he says laughing.
"Sorry can't let you do that" Daniel says.
We run around him and he laughs and shoots and it hits me
"Ahhh" I scream falling across the room
"Lizzy!" Daniel yells
"Get him!"
I shake my body parts with my speed and the ice melts.
I grab the cold gun and say
"Gotcha"
Daniel grabs him and we bring him outside and the cops take him.
"Wanna take a run around town. I bet I can beat ya" I say
"Try me" he says
We run off and around and past a couple news cameras and people.
I make it back first and Daniel makes it back seconds later "Beat ya!" I say and he rolls his eyes and laughs.
"Guys you might wanna take a look at this!" Cisco yells
We walk over to his computer and see a news report
ENews -There are two blurs going around this town apparently by the names of Lizzy Quick and The Flash. They were spotted running around and catching captain cold today at the towns freezer. A source sent us this picture just moments ago
